Me being so anxious and perplexed about Turkey that I decided to ask you about, what should I be prepared with to study in Turkey, coz I don't wanna be the guy who's not equipped for everything that needs for an education, I'm a junior college passed student (could say High School) and I've decided to pursue law, so as you being from that field could you help me out sometimes, maybe any tips? Hey! its great that you are preparing from now, to study law you would have to learn turkish first, so you will do a year of turkish prep and then begin your law undergraduate. law in most universities in Turkey is taught entirely in Turkish but in some, it is only 30% english. You will be primarily learning turkish law so you will need to do alot of reading and learning legal terminology in turkish. To enter most universities in Turkey, you need a highschool diploma and transcript (along with equivalency), toefl or ielts, letter of intent, reference or recommendation letters from teachers.

Only tourists and temporary visitors can get a tax return at the airport for the things they bought, but if you are long-term resident in turkey even as a foreigner, you cant get a tax return.
