This video is exactly why I can't miss a video. I turned 65 this past October. I took all my children, grand children and Mother to a nice restaurant. I flipped the bill just so I could get everyone together without feeling I was putting anyone out. My mother said, you shouldn't pay for all your kids. I said " Well mom, I could leave it all to them when I die, or enjoy seeing my family together and enjoying time with them. I believe this was an eye opener to her, she probably hasn't paid for her own dinner in many, many years with us kids, 6 of us. And I am happy for that. ( And they all of course offered to pay, but why should I not?) Live life to its fullest at any age.

Think as little as possible about yourself and as much as possible about other people and about things that are interesting. I experienced a wonderful thing the other night with my neighbor that recently lost her husband to cancer. The funeral home had a Christmas gathering for all the families they have served over the last year. Truly inspirational and full of compassion and kindness for each other. Such a breath of fresh air in our world today of conflict and hate !

Our mom’s 96th birthday is today. She has been a shining example by loving nature, gardening, and bird watching. She helped our dad build their home and has always been so wise and comforting. Happy Birthday Linda! Yes we do get off track from time to time. You have had a busy year and your normal lifestyle will return. Love you and your new home! Hope you enjoyed your day! I am recovering from throat cancer and having problems eating regular foods. So my goal is to eat more veggies and get more protein in me. I lost 45 lbs over the passed 8 months. I am now as thin as I was when I was in my 20's, I am 73 now. I have a different life I still have to get used to! Parents get your children and anyone under 45 PLEASE GO AND GET THE HPV VACCINE it is very important!!! Even though this cancer has a very high cure rate there are many horrible side effects to get over!!! Wishing everyone happy holidays!!!

As I have entered my 81 yr, I love saying,"Oh, wait, I am not sure because I have never been 81 before." I have chosen that rather than spend my energy on lamenting what I no longer can do, I choose to spend that energy seeking out what I can still do. Example: I can no longer run up and down stairs to help with our rummage sale. BUT i can run the baked food sale. Keeping my glass half full is important to me. That is a choice I choose to make. Happy Birthday! Yoga is fantastic but I recommend Pilates. I’m 64 and I’ve been doing Pilates for 3 years. It is amazing how all my aches and pains went away. I’ve never felt more fit. It is the best thing I do for myself. Love watching you and your gang. Can’t believe you are 67. You look amazing!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! You are just a baby. I just turned 79 and my BFF just turned 83. Married for 51 years. 13:12 I still work in my yard a couple hours most days. Staying active, greatest exercise in the world, this routine will keep you healthy. I grow a flower, herb and vegi garden and fruit trees. You are an inspiration to all of us. You Go Girl. Many happy returns of the day❣️ I took up beading 20 years ago and it keeps my brain fresh. I make precious metal clay silver jewelry, bead weaving and stringing semi precious gemstones. Every day I take 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 mk-7 to pull the calcium out of your heart and blood vessels and back into your bones. Went from osteoporosis to osteopenia with this regimen. 1/2” in height. No big Pharma drugs! Good luck with your new regimen.

Exercise is good, mental growth is good also as we get older . . . I am 5 years older than you and every year . . . no, everyday I think about getting closer to eternity. When I turned 65 I started writing what became a series of Bible study books and 4 books later I am so much better for it. A little over a year ago I mailed you a copy of the one I wrote called MOSES LESSONS IN FAITH. You had it on your table in one of your videos as you thanked your viewers for the gifts you often receive. I hope you still have it or better yet that you read it and liked it. ☺

I won't attempt to diagnose on line, but I would urge you to see your doctors - internist, gastroenterologist, otolaryngologist. They may refer you to a speech pathologist with specialty with voice production for an evaluation. Hoping for the best possible outcome...

When I turned 70 my daughter took me to the Bahamas! We celebrate every year big time, whether we stay home or go for dinner. I love getting older....... At 48, we sold our home and moved to the country. My husband and I had a blank slate and the project filled our empty-nest life. I look back at all we did, and it sometimes amazes me. Not sure I would want to tackle that at my age now (60), so I applaud your taking on so much-you really are exceptional in your energy and creativity! I too have the same bowel disorder you have so I have learned to take really good care of what goes into my body. I have found, the practice of yoga Nidra to be very helpful as well as the practice of yoga which I have done for over 30 years. I swim, I walk and I garden. I enjoy life.

Dear Linda, you are a fine reminder that ageing is not about getting older but about cherishing the experiences we come across and turning them into wisdom, which then helps us to really LIVE, to love life and sprinkle this love on everything and everyone around us. Not that long ago you showed us the lovely autumn leaves that you have picked up on your walk, sprayed it sparkly blue and later displayed them on the mantle as part of your winter wonderland decor. What a great analogy of a meaningful life... walking the road with eyes open for beauty in all it's forms, even forms that others might just ignore... picking it up in admiration, adorning it and displaying it in a way that nobody would expect so it will be emphasized, it will give joy and inspiration. As above so below, as the great things so the small things, right? I am grateful to you and your team as beside the cool gardening tips you also inspire me to live life to the fullest. I aim to be as young and wise and at least half as beautiful on my 67th birthday as you are on yours. Happy birthday!!!!!

I too turned 67 this year, dont feel like it or look that old, as you do not either...... I have so much freedom now to do the things i want such as working in my gardens at my home. Linda, I wish you would consider taking the vitamins AlgaeCal Plus and Strontium Boost. My doctor was amazed when I had actually grown more bone after my last bone density test. Several of my friends have experienced the same bone growth. I also have osteopenia and these vitamins have been a tremendous help.

Hello I have watched your channel for 3 years now. This video really spoke to me. I'm 70 years old and I decided to start a youtube channel. I love to be creative and this gave me away to express and share my love for many things. I didn't know how much I would love doing it. It gives me structure, purpose,companionship,but mostly happiness. Thank you for all the wonderful inspiration. Oh yes I'm going to do more healthy activities in 2024. Yoga is at the top of that list it makes me feel wounderful. I'm also trying to get hubby back to the gym which I will also do. Love my life and want to keep going.
