I was thinking that instead of a belt corset, using a whole corset with the wide straps to flatten down the poof. Another killer look would be one of those underbust corsets with the mesh lining between the pronounced boning!
I agree the fold is wired. How about embracing it and pulling it up to fold/ruffel around your hips, bumm area. That would give your legs some room to walk, some volume and make the fold look intentional.
Try to put a belt over the fold. It might help because a corset goes more on your stomach and a belt goes on your waist and the fold is more on your waist. And NO HATE to the people who advised the corest. I think that was an amazing idea and i was originally going to put. No hate!!!❤❤❤
Purely a novelty item. I was thinking, you could salvage it as a top by cutting it, but it’s too transparent and there seems to be a crease in the fabric that makes it look like you have a crease across your belly. For you, I recommend pastel colors: yellow, red and maybe green accents.
Try black corpse and a mini black shirt added and that would be perfect because it won’t show skin,And it will look better i think also for shoes don’t try high heels it won’t be easy to walk and if u want to try platform heels or short heels🫶 and perfect!
Reminds me of the popcorn shirts of the early 2000s just an accordion dress. It looks good on you and love your hair❤ a corset or a wide belt or one of those metal coin belts would look good with the dress too
Try a steam press with very light temperature so dress doesnt lose the stretch but will crease out the bulge and try keeping a newspaper on the dress so heat is not directly going on dress. Hope this works !! Dress is awsum by d way!! Luvd it. Black color suits u , try updo in hair n red lipstick with red heels! If u like i will glad to see u in the dress!!
Your hair is so bloody pretty. I have naturally curly hair as well but it never looks as good a yours . I’m not sure if it’s the cut or the products I use . If my hair looked as good as yours I would wear it curly all the time.
Maybe it needs some slits and to be through the washer a couple times for ease of movement? But if you feel like it isn't comfable I'd say probably return it
Honestly a slim fitting black dress like that plus some I'm thinking maybe silver jewelry would look so god damn gorgeous and sexy on you. Very like 1950's vibe as well especially if you do your hair and put it up
Okay guys I have the answer to this one, get a jar cap and put it in front of it and with with a hair tie tie it from the inside and the dress will get tighter and take the lump away. I think u should do it at the side of the hip so it looks cool. Try it, I want to see it.
if you washed it a couple times, you know to break it in, maybe it would be a bit more supple? It’s making this crease because of its rigid tubular shape so really there’s not a lot you can do but alter it somehow around the waist or hips. Like if the knitting had decreases around the waist it would have looked absolutely bomb 😎🖤
Maybe try getting it tailored if you want it to look flattering on you? That may not be the first option, however if you really want to make that dress work, that is an option.
It would've maybe looked nicer if it was shorter. The material doesn't look nice as well. 🥲 If you can find a way to style it then well done! Can't wait to see what you might do.
When don't you iron it? And if you can't but high heat on it, you can but a damp towel between the iron and dress to protect it from the heat. It looks like it's just really creases from shipping.
i have an opinion, it may be a bad opinion but…okay so, i think if you modify it somehow and make it into a shirt and skirt combo, it would be super slay. it’s bunching at the waist because it’s too stiff to slim it out, it’s not very movable. but if you cut it and had the skirt be more low waisted, and then had the top be a cute little cropped moment, you’d have way more movement, it’d be SO SLAY and then you could pair it with an oversized leather jacket and cute little one inch heels or something!! so cute!!
