Oh, well, yeah, makes sense. But she did say the water was cold. Animal/bird fat smeared on skin has been used as an insulation from cold water in the past, though. I think. I hope.
@KarX211 THE fat aka blubber is inches thick to protect seals, penguins, etc. The oil on her skin was just a few molecules thick, so won’t provide any insulation. She still feels the cold .
There’s no talent or genius. It’s the mind of a pre-teen that would think these things up, don’t you remember your youth and the ideas that seemed amazing at that time?
