Last line is nothing but facts. Pretty sure the first question on the application is, "Do you have hands?" and the 2nd question is, "Can you handle weird stuff?" Final question is, "No.. like.. really weird stuff... REALLY weird stuff?" Only then do you get hired.

His grandpa taught him stories about his Dragon Dive Technique so he probably knew his family had super powers and he might learn it if he continued to stay with them (They most likely never taught him nen though because they wanted to make sure he was under their control, and they didn’t want him potentially finding out about Illumi needle)
