Finding your path in I.T. is the toughest part/decision. It was a career change for me back in late '19. Fast fwd 3.5 years and I am somewhat stuck in "help desk support," making a measly $42k. Yes, I am blessed and thankful to have a job, but where to go next(and more specifically, how to make the next moves) is the part I am struggling with.

How bad is remote Help Desk Tier 1 for a small managed service provider? 10 hour shifts, low wages. Second shift and loss of half my weekend every week. Should I snag? It's never too late to start learning! i suggest you start learning the basics of computing and networking, then choose your path from there. IT is a broad field!!
