This is the “Adventure” Cory that I remember from your previous hikes on the PCT, Canada and Alaska. Your enthusiasm is contagious for viewers and clearly you have made a huge difference in the lives of your family in Thailand. I’m happy for you.
Nice Truck Cory 😃 lots a miles to clock up 🙏 Me & my Girlfriend have a Black Mitsubishi Triton Sport…..a truck is definitely the best transport option in Thailand….Happy Driving 😊 Enjoy your new investment
That's fantastic! You guys now have a lot more options on places to go, adventures to have, etc. I'm happy for you!🎉 Edit: wow, all the gifts! Very nice!
Diana I always appreciate your comments. I think you may have deleted your last comment or it disppeared. I just wanted to clarify. I view your comments and others as feedback and is appreciated. This video was created because of people in real life who said they were trying to help me by insulting my wife. I didn’t want to make a video directly toward them but instead want to make a video for current and future friends. I invited toxic people into my life unfortunately. I didn’t listen to my gut in the beginning and was too nice. I thought I could explain what makes me happy. I want healthy boundaries in my life. Not people who seem to be actively creating a divide in my relationship. Anyone who is actively insults my wife or trying to stop me from building my dream little home is not a friend. People view my kindness as they can control me sadly and giving me advice that goes against my dreams is what I consider unsolicited advice. it is my fault for saying yes to meet people who claim to want to be my friend but in their words they want to “steer me” it seems to be more like them and their relationship. I don’t want anyone to control me. I know what makes me happy. This same person told me to look at my wife Facebook to see she is a gold digger. It was insane. My mother, aunts, friends I have had for a long time now all follow Ann on facebook. If you want to follow her it’s “Onuma mcdonald”. Yet a stranger knows my relationship better. I am so proud of it how much she post me and how grateful she says to find me. My family loves Ann and comments on her facebook. My ex wife made a Christmas stocking for Ann. So the people who love me also love Ann. So I just want positive people who want me to reach my goals and dreams. Sending love ❤️ Please keep giving feedback and hopefully this also clarifies more. I hope that clears it up.
I would say same truck is 33% less in Thailand is my guess, and Toyotas are so dependable is what everyone says so hopefully 10 years from now it’s running strong. It’s weird having the wheel on the right side lol.
Oh wow this October will be three years since I left Germany. Way behind 😉 I did some crazy adventures on the “second chance hiker” such as traveled across North America to the Arctic circle of two countries and lived in my Jeep, came across a grizzly and able to film a badass Yukon woman fire a bearbanger at it and so many other crazy adventures.
Perhaps but it’s a gamble if you do. A few things to consider with second hand cars in Thailand. I saw at least 100 cars submerged in water with my own eyes in the last year during rainy season. the city had some crazy floods. The old luxury condo we stayed at was using sandbags to protect the cars in the parking garage. Speaking of someone who has had a submerged car in the past it becomes a lemon with mechinical issues constantly. The thought I could be buying a used vehicle like that freaks me out. Cars also maintain their value very well in Thailand. So pickup trucks used are pretty darn expensive still and zero clue how the previous owner took car of the vehicle. Have you seen Thais drive? Seen things they haul? It’s a gamble buying second hand. Toyotas are built to last so if planning long term in Thailand it’s a good investment to buy new. Especially vehicles maintain their value so can always sale for a great price. Just things to keep in mind.
