How does the loop not just send you straight to the water? Is it more heli? Either way, I find myself overpowered and drinking water if I try that😂

Because of the barspin the kite flies quite a bit behind me making it more of a heli loop.😉

When do you release the bar during jumps?

Depends a lot on the wind, kite side and type of jump. Smaller jumps you don't have to release it. On the higher jumps you can release it just before the heli loop.
