It Gets BIGGER! Another proposed project for Green Level West Destination - Vlog 003 

Plans for the Green Level Destination Center in West Cary are progressing as Bel Canto Asset Growth Fund of Pennsylvania advances an updated proposal in its rezoning application for a mixed-use development adjacent to the planned Duke University Health System project. The revised preliminary development plan outlines the construction of 700 multifamily units, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 20,000 square feet of retail space. Additionally, the development is set to feature 35,000 square feet of community gathering areas and 8.5 acres of open space.
