Why not crest the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies through public share subscriptions by all Ugandans buying shares rather than Government giving money. Hon Nsereko is right.

A lot of money goes to classified expenditure, Ssemujju move a motion we scrap that out of the budget.

Let Mr Magoola put up his company for public share subscription and Government concentrate on rebuilding our hospitals and schools. At the end we will export the pharmaceutical products as it wants.
