ITS ALIVEEEEEE! The completely fresh 70cc Zuma / BWS build runs. This motor is brand new top to bottom and im stoked on this build. We threw on the new polini carburetor & goodies, along with a malossi multivar variator set up & a bunch more, We also get to hear her run with the new yasuni R exhaust!!

That's the scooter that started it for me. My buddy had a blue white prebug and was cool enough to let me take it out whenever I wanted. I have a few zumas still today at 49 years old. Awesome build

Yo! Get a new variator cover. The engine block is going to snap with it so cut out. Get one that’s already cut out for you but still has all the support that it needs!

I just got scooter a few weeks ago, it is four stroke gy6 they are trying to get rid of 2 strokes here in Canada. It is called a Scooterre Solista I got because it looks like Vespa. Anyway I wanted to find some cool stuff to do to it and landed here at Mopboyz awesome channel! We need a mopboyz chapter out here! 🤘

Looks good brotha, just did the Yasuni R on my Roughhouse along with a malossi bbk, the pipe sounds incredible in the minnirelli motors and that pipe unleashes wvery bit of potential out of the bbk

Just got my 70cc aerox started today with no problem dint tune it at all i went from a 12mm carb to a 21mm has a giannelli pipe malossi clutch and she runs like a beast you inspired me allot thanks 🙏🏼

28mm on the Dio, that's wild! My 80cc Dio has a 21mm OKO on it. It's a bit cooler here so I'm currently running 45 pilot, 88 main.

How about we set you up with a set of aerox wheels for your zuma. A little update to the wheels. I can save you a lot more than sss does.

Now see the video. Nice setup, but polini corsa ports are miss matched. Needa a aluminum spacer on the bottom to lift the cylinder sobtge ports can alihn. And then shave tge top of the cylinder to get the 0.8mm squish or so. Then you port the exhaust port.

You should open the rear end and put a support bearing in the gearbox cause the kickercase supports it a lil bit

You need a advance flywheel key on the crank for advancing the ignition and work on you cluch it needs to engage a 1500rpm higher. But anyway nice setup. At the moment im building a corsa setup same you have. But with porten crankcasings and cylinder

no lol, its the throttle housing, inside where the cable sits theres a piece of the plastic that was bent out a tiny bit and rubbed.

im not too sure about the malossi crank. For the ciao (another moped in italy) they say that the malossi crank isnt good (everything else is, my "zuma" has a full malossi engine and it runs nice, even tho still 50cc)

Do you still have electric start? If so, does the battery have enough juice to crank it? And if so, what battery are you using? I just built my prebug, and with such a tiny battery vs my bugeye, it seems it just can't crank hard enough to start unless it's already fully warmed up! Yuasa battery and all (though it's conventional lead acid, not SLA/AGM)

Yo you like the Honda/Minarelli - buy an Airsal T6 for the Piaggio LC motor. The Airsal T6 is a great blank canvas (cheap and bridge), port the heck out of it, crank, pipe, big carb 17+BHP easy. I feel you are a little underwealm with the Piaggio LC, it needs work, that's all 👍
