You know, he does not say “But my hearts right there” he actually says “And my hearts right there”. The British said “But” Americans said “and”. Also to point out, for the British it is “Piccadilly” and “ Leicester square”. For the Americans it’s “staten island” and “Times Square”. I know shocking.
