@@emredogru7214 Seriously. I have a Samsung watch. I'm hoping they adopt something like this in the future so I can keep my ecosystem or products. But I love the idea.
This goes to show how behind-the-curve apple has always been on hardware, and how behind-the-curve samsung LG and the rest have become in the last 5+ years.
Pretty sure every major OEM would've been working on something like this in R&D at some stage, and the reason it wouldn't have passed the testing stage, as made clear by this product, is battery life. This Huawei doesn't even run on a real OS. This type of thing would be especially detrimental in battery life to actual smartwatches like WearOS watches and Apple Watches So if Huawei wants to do something truly innovative, maybe they could start by developing a better smartwatch OS, and then figuring out a way so that it wouldn't cut down your battery life by 80%
@@Fat_Catt why? Because he's rich and successful so he must be evil? Do you know him personally? Or do you stalk him enough to count every action he's ever done? And why do you have so much HATRED on a deceased, enough hate that make you take your time to comment on what's clearly a JOKE and condemn a dead man to hell? Get help.
The nodding thing is actually really easy to do, depending on which ear they're in one of them will spin clockwise and the other will spin counterclockwise when you nod based on which ear you put it in so all you need is a gyro/accelerometer sensor to measure rotation...
My old huawei phone had some better features than samsung. Software was really solid. Especially their notes app was far superior ironically than on the note 20, minus the pen of course. I hope samsung improves on theirs. But I dont want to walk around with china in my pocket soo
@@mdhasiburrahman8806 huawei was being a threat to western corps as it was growing very fast. at one point it was 2nd or 3rd i think. when they were sanctioned they sank to oblivion
I really want to know if you can replace the earbuds, I don't lose the case. I lose or break a single bud. This would be a silly watch if you lost a bud.
Or a ear bud falls out when jogging and it goes down a drain or something.. the only way they are safe is in the watch but they are small hence easy to loose especially if you take 1 out to hear something clearly and you put it down and forget about it and don't remember for a while!! It's not really any better than a Samsung galaxy watch and a set of headphones.
We just need more standards so that we could have a universal earbud charger in a watch like this, where you can put your own wireless earbuds in there. Instead everyone just does what they feel like so their stuff is only compatible with them, forcing you to buy into a whole "ecosystem". Like how up until this generation of IPhone, it used a proprietary charge cable. Apple almost certainly made bank off of that fact, which is why they had to be forced into complying with a standard, which is better for consumers and as far as ewaste goes.
No. This is like, making an absolutely worse product, just so you can have bad earbuds in them that you might use sometimes. It would make it break more easily too.
If the earbuds were replaceable it would take this to the next level. The earbuds and earbud batteries will wear out faster than the watch and the watch battery is changeable so since the earbuds can change orientation then they should also be replaceable
I've been using this for the last 5 months, probably the best purchase of the year, I hope wey keep making this. The only complain I have is the lack of water resistance, which I totally understand, but it's one way to improve them
Apple announces a gimmicky notification bar; fans loses their mind. Huawei makes an actual engineering marvel and nobody bats an eye. Thanks for showcasing the product, Marques!
The idea is dope af really 💯 It's understandable that they rushed the release But they will remain as the first to do it. They can improve on it well enough. Kudos to the idea 🛐
Yea... I don't know what it is about it, but it looks flawed, but in 1 or 2 more generations, it could be perfected. I'll let other people essentially beta test it.
I've never gotten excited over a mobile device, but I would literally pre-order this and stare at my calendar every all day every day until it arrived.
@@manan-543 I don't think that's the problem. They could just make it more expensive. The problem will be battery. If that watch droops from 18 days battery to 3 days, a galaxy watch would drop from one day to 2 hours, since it is wearOS.
As long as they make it a separate model, I'd bet my left nut if you smack your wrist on something while working, those buds will fly or watch face will snap off
Same here. I’ve enough screens in my life. The last thing I want is another strapped to my wrist. If I wore a watch at all these days it’d be a mechanical one.
It’s so awesome wanting to hear what people have to say about an interesting product and just hear about the other watch he showed that was shown for less than five seconds
I have a Huawei watch and it's fantastic. It's not even top of their range it's the GT2e, but the features and especially battery life is amazing. I paid £60 for it new and it's so good that when I got the pixel watch with my Pixel 7 Pro, I didn't even consider using that instead, immediately sold it and kept the Huawei.
That would be amazing for people who workout regularly. One of my biggest frustration is just having so much stuff to carry around when I go to the gym. Anything that can. Consolidate all the things I always have on me is a win.
US forced Google and other companies to stop working with Huawei. That's how desperate the US has become. Huawei has become so powerful to the point the greedy US had to give up a huge chuck of profits from Huawei.
This is really cool, my Apple Watch has to be recharged EVERYDAY and all it does is mostly just telling me time! So having earbuds and still having a watch battery for 3 days (down from a week) com'on its amazing!
They thought banning huawei would stop it from thriving thus killing killing innovation 😅lol,it didn't work....some birds(huawei) arent meant to be caged, their feathers are just too bright.😅 .
90s kids are lucky too. They just caught the technology at it's right time. They have best of both: pre- technology and post - technology. Thats pretty badass 😎
