This is a perfect recipe! A recipe for basil salad with broccoli and octopus from Seven-Eleven.
(Ingredients: Serves 2)
1/2 head of broccoli
1 medium potato (7-Eleven uses make-your-own potatoes)
50g boiled octopus
5 cm celery
10 to 12 frozen edamame
Salt for boiling
Potatoes:.
1 teaspoon salt in 600cc water (about 1%)
Broccoli and celery
2 teaspoons salt in 600 cc water (about 2%)

Makes about 160cc
15 basil leaves
15 basil leaves 35g powdered cheese (*This is a typo in the ticker tape. Sorry about that.
15g almond powder
3/4 teaspoon chicken broth
A very small amount of garlic
100cc extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt
W pepper to taste
(Directions)
Wash 15 basil leaves, pat dry, and finely chop.
Place the basil in a bowl and add 35g of cheese powder and 15g of almond powder.
Add about 3/4 teaspoon of chicken broth.
Add a few cloves of garlic.
Add 100cc of extra virgin oil.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add white pepper if you have it.
Mix everything together, taste and season with salt if it's not enough.
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and put them in a pot.
Add 600 cc of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Simmer over low heat.
Soak the frozen edamame in water to thaw.
Use only half of the broccoli.
Separate into small bunches.
Thinly slice the remaining stem.
Thinly slice the celery.
Bring 600 cc of water to a boil in a pot and add 2 teaspoons of salt.
Boil the broccoli slices and celery slices over medium heat for about 1 minute, then drain under cold water.
Reduce the heat to low.
Add the broccoli flower buds and cover with a lid.
Simmer gently over low heat.
After 2 minutes, stir the broccoli, cover with a lid, and cook gently over low heat for another 2 minutes.
Remove from cold water if they are cooked.
If they are cooked, remove from cold water.
Remove from cold water and set aside in a colander.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the colander and let them cool.
Remove the thawed edamame from the pods.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Drain the broccoli and celery with kitchen paper.
When the potatoes have cooled, put as much of the basil sauce as you like on a plate.
Arrange the boiled potatoes and all the other vegetables on top. Pour a little of the sauce on top and serve. Mix well and enjoy.
