It's BIG but it's CHEAP! New double wide mobile home tour! 

We appreciate the less expensive modular homes in these tough times where families are facing high inflation and out of sight gasoline prices. The homes are of great quality materials and endless amenities also. Chance keep up the great work 👍

I have to comment, that "affordable" to me, means under $100K. Just saying. WHY can't they put the vents in the ceilings? Doesn't make any sense. LOVE the way they made that bathroom sinks look like furniture pieces!!! 😍😍 I say the only problem I have with this house is the floor vents. I am going thru some stuff as it so happens. Been out of work for a while, and not getting any responses from the 100+ applications I've put in. Ran out of unemployment, ran out of savings.....so I don't know where I will be in another month or two.

$160K is not cheap.

I like seeing the different options that you could possibly get from a manufacturer. Like the cubby and coat hooks in the utility room, the island, the tinted windows, the sinks in both of the bathrooms. Great tour! Thank you.

This home had some nice features. I like the fact that the master bedroom closet wasn't in the bathroom. I also liked the fact that the bedroom door wasn't right off of the living room. This could be a great home for a young family that needs the room but needs a home at an affordable price.

Floor plant at 1:37. Great floorplan. Proportions are good. Put a concrete cellar, and mechanical room beneath and that is a very workable manufactured home. Would make sure the finishes are upgraded a little and a few other minor changes that are easily redone. The colors are dull on the exterior. Makes the front gable less impactful. Prefer steeper pitches.

My mother moved on to Heaven in January, then my stepdad this month, and my 15 yo cat was diagnosed with cancer the day after my stepdad moved on. I also have to find a new home as I will be moving soon. I had been living with my parents since early 2019 as their sole caregiver. Love the wood floor. Double kitchen sink please. Change dinning room window to French or sliding door. Somehow add fireplace or wood stove. Love the master bath, nice to see windows that can open.

Everything is pretty decent about this home, but those walls. There's something off-putting about panel board walls vs. sheetrock. I think its just the visible seam strips that make it look tacky.

Board and batten vs full dry wall is a huge price difference. The home is nice. The rustic accents in the bathrooms and kitchen give it a warm feeling. A slider in the dining room and a transom window in the bathroom is the changes I'd make. This would be fine as a three bedroom as well.

I really liked this one Chance. And now a days, that is a great price. I loved the lay out, and except for the one bedroom, which I would use as a guest room or nursery if I were starting out the bedrooms were good size. I especially loved that kitchen pantry and all the storage space in the master bath, And that laundry room. Come in the back door shed your shoes and coats, there is a place for all that!!! Wow! I love this one!

When you have multiple bedrooms using one bath why don't they put in double sinks at least. This is a nice home. Thank you for another great video.

This is my #1, the most favorite home since you've shown on RU-vid. I normally like wood house, most parts of this mobile home used wood panels with the look like real wood. Every room has wood floor instead of carpet. There's a window in between the mirrors in the master bathroom, that's unique. And if I'm not wrong, the oven & dishwasher are blue, if so, I really love it instead of all metal color. But if not, this house still great as almost every single detail in this house I like even the dressers in the master bedroom. If I live in Tennessee, I would hurry go to see the house.

You do give us a smile in hard times! My wife and I love your videos. We are a bit farther north in Missouri but you are giving us some great ideas. We are retired and thinking of replacing our poor tired old house with a modular home.

I like the fact, that there are not carpets in the house. I am also not a big fan of built in microwaves. This one didn't have one. So, that was a plus.

The only thing I would change is in the master bedroom. I would choice the option of no tub and the big shower. I also loved the picture of the cow in the dinning room. Hello Chance! Good video! Prayers for all that need it - and it's been my experience that Everyone needs it, even if we don't think we do!! God is very good to us, even if we don't realize it. #1) I'd put a gas/butane fireplace, or wood-burning stove in the living room. Not a fan of the wide-open floorplan, but it's also not a deal breaker. #2) That island is too big, so cut it down and put wheels on it. Put the sink under one of the windows, and make it a double sink. Would want a gas cook stove, and a microwave somewhere. We don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet. I like that Pantry! Needs different shelves and they need to go all the way to ceiling, but it's an okay pantry! #3) In the utility room I think I'd remove that sit down area and coat hooks so we could put an upright freezer there. Of course we can put the freezer in the garage which we'd build there at the back door, but I like the freezer in the house if possible! #4) In the dining room, I'd put a French door, extra wide or evening double doors, so we could go out on the porch and eat or just sit. #5) The two guest bedrooms together at the back would be turned into my Library Music Studio Office Room, with shelves everywhere along the wall, and even some in the middle of the floor. Probably have a small desk built-in under one of the windows. I'd add a tiny sitting area with a rug/carpet too, and put in a butane fireplace. The first guest bedroom would be left as a guest bedroom. #6) Carpets in the living room and bedrooms and the Library sitting area only. The guest bathroom is very nice, a good size and all; don't see that very often. I think I'd go with pocket doors in the bathrooms and on the closets, and the utility door from the kitchen; they'd take up less space. I'd leave the door to the Pantry though. #7) I like the fact that the Master Closet is Not in the bathroom! We'd put a handicapped tub in there. I didn't care for the shown shower. So we'd change that too. Need one with a bench in it. Might just go with a big 2-person size handicapped tub/shower combo instead of the shown tub and shower. Something to look into at least. I like the commode area and the sinks and counter area. Of course we'd add porches, some enclosed and some just covered, all the way around the house to the garage on each side. The price isn't too bad either! Of course the changes I'd make would add to the cost, but that's to be expected. Anyway, as I said, good video, Chance! Thank you for the words of encouragement. You are very right. God knows what's going on with us and we shouldn't give up on Him, or on ourselves. God is there for us if we just talk to Him! God bless you and your family, Chance!

When you mentioned about the members only to join, I just thought of it like a lot of the interview and crypto type RU-vid so I listen to and never really had a feeling to join the members only but after you explained it it’s perfect sense about getting into more details on the homes for what we could be watching on the normal RU-vid’s of yours. Thank you Chance for the much needed inspirational messages. It has been a challenging few years. In this market it's not the price of what you get. It's what you can or want to pay. As rent is doubling and mortgages jump to 1,300 -2,000+ a month in most places. It is very hard to get what you can afford. I've searched the housing market and mobile home lots. God has finally found us what we need. It's perfect and everything we were actually looking for in a MH. We are currently in the process of purchasing it. I pray everything is done 🙏 soon. I'm ready to live in my own house. I know God knew all along. As we could not find anything on a lot we found one on the market that was already done. What's weird is all the other real estate apps showed it had been sold and only one was showing it still active. Thank God. 🙏

What a lot of people don’t know is that any home like modular or manufactured houses cost twice as much to insure that a traditional home. I know from experience because the insurance company will argue that the house can me mobile. Think about that. Also. The market is softening up a little where they should be dropping the price of these or anything out. We’re no longer in the middle of the pandemic so prices have been coming down. Don’t pay for overpriced houses just like don’t pay for over priced vehicles. Prices will go down when no one buys anything. Like going on strike from making big purchases until prices lower. Still trying to charge like we’re in the middle of the pandemic. Be smart and wait.
