Have you considered getting a small remote control car and putting a camera on board to go through those tunnels? Stabilizer for the camera etc... Thanks for the video
Trap Lord because wind, breezes, air currents are not continuous like a fan blowing, they are random......and the door had moved some before that time stamp, also the video had a "pause/skip" right there so I'd say the door was moving a fair bit both before and after.
friend of mine found a tank in the deasert (AZ) said the top was black when he got closer it was hornets the size of his thumb! make sure to keep a first aid kit with an eppi -pen with ya.
Glad I stumbled upon your videos! It's always so cool to see all the random buildings that are just out there in the US. I never really thought about it until I started watching your channel. Keep up the good work! :)
I love the aerial shots at the end with the drone and music. That is very well done, looks like something from a movie. Alot of narrow-minded people think Nevada is just a boring wasteland. Nevada is a very beautiful state to anyone who likes the desert, open space, and geology... There are so many bare mountains without trees, which really allows you see the details in the lay of the land. The mountains in Nevada look really awesome with the sunlight creating contrasting beams of light and shadows on them at different times of the day. Anyway... good work as always ;)
I've said it before but I gonna again. You have one hell'a nice camera. These images are fantastic. And that includes the color. These tunnels are very cool. I have never been in one like that myself. I think it might be fun, but I might have to think about it first ;-)
You and Emma have some awesome videos, I love watching them and I love the historical aspect of the old gold mines of Nevada and California and if y'all are ever in the Midland Odessa Texas area, I would show y'all some haunted places as well as museums.
I'm impressed with every video you make. I would never have had the opportunity to see the land like this without you guys. How about exploring "old" castles in America? Lets see some Dungeons and Dragons theme, please!
Poland here. Great videos man. But please be careful in these mines. Strange is that these mines are not secured and is like free entry to anyone. Very unsafe.
Did you identify if there was some dynamite left there, or did you just not go near it? Great vid's! I find myself looking for paranormal anomalies all through your video's. =)
I wonder how many miners died from breathing in the exploded asbestos. That powder is probably why that mine shaft ended where it did. I recently discovered the opening to a legendary mine in the southwest. The Stephenson-Bennett. I posted a video of it on my page. I just need some climbing equipment to get down into it. Scary dangerous stuff . Keep making awesome videos!!!
3:24 The boxes on the left. Curious as to the labels said. Anyhow it looks like you had a good time. Keep on exploring!!! Oh, for the mine with the dynamite, maybe invite Demolition Ranch to clear it out LOL.
i can tell you one thing right now.. i love Nevada too. I wish i can do what you are doing out there; explore. You lucky son of a gun.. lol.. what are those samples btw? two caves in one place; one full of dynamite . are you sure they are full ? Yikes!!! awesome adventure. thank you thank you for sharing. (cute kid btw)
Wow how cool is that!! I wish I could go see a mine. I would love to grab some of those crysrals..I love rocks and crystals...have a great and safe journey!! Peace
Looks like a fairly modern Mountain Dew can. With the quarts (sp) crystal was that a gold mine? You never look at the samples, would it even show anything? Or do you know anything about that stuff? Great video as always!
If dynamite has a green sort of coating it's unstable. Then again it should be treated as unstable even when it's fresh. A good choice to not go further.
Your Son is a cool dude :) the little explorer he is, reminds me of when my Son was his age. I Enjoy the video's Bro. very interesting stuff but be carful on your travels specially with the fam.
the crystals were definitely interesting to see. looks to me that there are still bits of the vein of whatever they mined for. always interesting to see something a time before, cool explosive boxes that's for sure. wonder why they stored all their ore samples inside the mine instead of an outside building. maybe it was a very small operation. great video thank you!
Thats an awesome mine shaft! You can see the vein they were chasing. Do you mark where they are then check if someone still has a claim on the mines? Theres a lot of mines where people just let the claims go.
When I was growing up in the Inland empire we would visit family that lived in the desert and we would racing around the Mojave and Death Valley and would find abandoned vehicles just out in the middle of the desert, I have old vehicles that i have been restoring that I have pulled out of their graves, I have big rigs that I have saved as well, if you find old books of interestI I will pay for them.
Just a thought. Instead of sample bags, I think they could have been barriers. Put some dyno in the area, stack up all the bags so it doesn't blow backwards towards the entrance where they have already dug.???
That Mountain Dew can looks like it's from the late 60s to early 80s, they changed the color of the word 'dew' in 1980, and they got rid of the weird looking 'D' as well
I am so glad I found your channel very very good videos I have subscribed to your channel Thank you for such interesting videos Be careful but keep exploring new subscriber vickie az
Does anyone else find it creepy that the door opens all by itself @ 00:58 ? Maybe cause Im watching @ 4am or because the time link I posted didnt become blue....Nah, gotta be a rational explanation. Great video as usual, keep up the good work
Some of That rock in the mine looked like it was copper and silver berring ore . Some of the green rock could be uranium ore. You need a black light and a Geiger counter. Uranium ore glows under a black light.
you just happened upon a mine that looks like they found a high rich mineralization which from what I could tell looks like perfect signs for gold. with all the sample bags sitting there they probably were prospecting and tried to get a claim but was denied and probably held up getting it. that's probably why they left every thing, they were probably planning to come back. you should go back and run a metal detector over a few ore sample bags. you should also RU-vid ask Jeff Williams.com. he has a great tutorial on what to look for in gold mining rock samples and ore. trust me, you won't regret it. now if that TNT is from 2006, it's a power dynamite and is very stable and won't go off without a blasting cap and is good to use for 20-30yrs. that's why FedEx is able to ship it. but you will never see TNT ship along with blasting caps as it can be a bad juju but it's also against federal law to ship together. those sticks of TNT can be throw as hard as you can against a wall and they won't explode, but it's not recommended that you do that. dynamite is what everyone thinks of when they see a mine, but it was banned in the u.s. a long time ago because it was so unstable. and when dynamite ages the casing breaks down and the into starts to sweat through the casing and can explode just by stepping on it. that's why if you see dynamite in old mines from the 1800s to 1900s, do not touch as slight movement can set it off. but the TNT in this mine is perfectly safe to be around.
Kind of/ sort of looked like a good turquiose vein in that 2nd mine...please ve careful, i held my breathe while you walked deeper into that mine! thanks for shaing and stay safe.
Great video as always and thank you for sharing. By the way, I am just wondering... do you have an armed lookout person with you? For example when you are out exploring abandoned homes, mines, etc - someone stays outside with binoculars and watches for any potential dangers. I love your videos but I am honestly quite concerned about your safety.
