And put them on a baking tray, on a layer of cheese, having greased the baking paper with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then laid a layer of potatoes with roasted spinach and onions. We baked it in the oven until fully cooked and then rolled all three layers - cheese, potatoes and spinach and onions. To finish, the roll was sent to the oven for a golden color. This dish is not only delicious, but also healthy thanks to the vitamin and mineral-rich spinach! It's perfect hot or cold or cold, you can enjoy it as a stand-alone dish or as a side dish!
