Hi, I appreciate the info. Would you be open to helping a Bay Area high school with our setup? Any chance for a virtual call to help guide us? I'm trying to get the kids to stay after school and doing something cool, but high school is a tough one and they are eager to leave when they hear that bell. I want to help them and provide some cool resources.
I currently not able atm, but reach out to the company they have zoom sessions that can help with training and setup as well they should have an option to even have a tech come out to train physically and set it up, not sure what's involved with that though fee wise
So far I have had no need for any customer service but I have had no problems communicating with them, as far as what people say...most people may or may not know how to maintain there printers properly that's usually where the problems start, these are still an ink jet style printer and also require a certain humidity zone level, for optimal performance, which 98% of the time I hear nobody talk about or setup, this also can effect printing and print heads.
