But the goal of the Sabbath is you are supposed to honor it and keep it holy by resting, right?

@@DavidSWinston *The Sabbath was made for man-not man for the Sabbath. *Also, the Sabbath is a day of worship-not just “resting” *The 7th day Sabbath was instituted during the creation week and has never been changed to another day (nowhere in scripture does it say that the 7th day Sabbath was changed to Sunday because Constantine changed it and most of the world, by tradition, worship on Sunday because of this… *God says that His law never changes, not one jot or tittle *So first of all, only the 7th Day Sabbath (and a day IS 24 hours) is the day set aside for rest and worship-not Sunday *Also, this Sabbath and how we should honor God on the Sabbath, which Adam and Eve also did, can be seen in the 4th Commandment *This means that the Day of Worship is vital to the understanding of what God intended for the human race created in His image-from creation to eternity *The only church that observes this is the Seventh-Day Adventist Church that stresses the observance of ALL 10 Commandments and not just 9-please let me know if this can be disputed

I appreciate your comments. I agree, as the Bible instructs, the Sabbath is a holy day of worship where we rest from our labors and honor God by worshipping Him. This is the intended plan of God for mankind. I think we agree on some of the points listed.
