So long as they don't look too close. 😜 "Yeah, I meant to do that." 😂

Remember, finished is better than perfect. More often than not, most people won't even see the imperfections.

I like to use dowel centers. You just drill a hole in one side and then put the center in that hole. Then you align both boards and give them a light tap which make a center punch mark on the second board. Drill the second board, glue and clamp. The glue does all the work the dowels or biscuits just hold things in place till the glue drys
