Why did she record all their conversations? She had ulterior motives set long ago. All this does is make her look bad. JD is a lover not a fighter with a good heart and a traumatic childhood. They both have drug addictions that contributed to the chaos, however she intentionally provokes him to escalate things, typical of a much younger person who feels entitled and stomps around

Exactly. I am in an abusive relationship and he gaslights me to make me look like the one abusing him. I was told I should record when he goes into his fits of rage and I literally have one video so far because I never think about it at the time. Someone who is not trying to blackmail someone later on, would not always be ready to record every time there's words being said. It literally doesn't make any sense to me.

Their therapist who testified earlier on said that she told them to record their arguments, however, Amber did also record Johnny without his knowledge. She's a snake....I cannot wait until she gets torn apart on the stand.

The idea that recordings are made without one parties knowledge means that the recording party gets to "script" their words carefully, while the other does not. In that sense, they are pretty meaningless. I don't know what her point was in recording them to begin with, it seems rather contrived.

can't help but feel like there's a lot of bias in the comments. i know we all grew up with JD but at the end of the day we don't know him. i think the evidence suggests that they were both abusive and were incredibly toxic for each other. don't think anyone party is innocent.

I cant watch this case for long. I cant wrap my $20 an hour job around 2 people who are suing for 50 Milion and 100 million dollars. How the hell are we supposed to care? smh. Two "creative" types/ actors who are basically still ACTING. Why isnt Johnny Depp talking slow and precise on those tapes but he is on the stand? He's acting. I've watched a lot of Court TV over the last few years and, I have to say, Johnny is coming across as very passive agressive right now. It's not a good look for him. All the snyde remarks to the lawyer. No one else would be allowed to be so snarky and quickly get shut-down by the judge. He's getting some allowance here, I'm sure.

The sad truth at this point is jury can go either way & justice for victims anywhere seems rare. Majority opinion seems this is mutual dv abuse & don't care about facts, details, outcome. IF SHE WAS CUT UP BY BROKEN GLASS, if she was so scared for her life why doesn’t any of that show in court? where is the evidence of her physical harm? her evidence of physical abuse are very faint. Her claims do not match the evidence her lawyers present. and what does his struggle with addiction have to do with this case? addiction does not always equal abuse. Elon musk is paying for court tv and wants to buy twitter so amber looks good 👍🏼
