I use to love the 303 but always felt I was the only one. Mine died last years afters years or service. Used a g102, a g703 and a gloriousO but never felt the shape was as great as the 303. Glad to see the model back and wireless
I actually prefer the "dongle drawer" and for only two grams, thats not much of a difference personally. The only set back for me is the price. I'd pick it up if it was $100.
Agreed on the drawer. Idk why ppl care soooooo much about it on a mouse that wasn't trying to go on an extreme diet. It's well worth the money if you have issues with say the g pro its a good one. If your issue is ur too big to grab that shape the same way twice and always have something slipping off and dragging. The repeatability of grip is huge if you've never had it before on modern wireless. The sensor placement is just so right tbh.
Safe to say he will use this, the only reason he stopped using the g303 is because wireless is just better when the g pro came out wasn't any reason to stay with the old g303, only reason I stopped using the old wired one, wireless is the future and wired is just old hat.
Just typing away an essay while I have this on the side then all I heard is, "You can choose to just completely remove the butt plug, it does come out with some force!" That got me off guard, luckily I didn't have my speakers loud, otherwise, it would've made sense if I had a proper video up that corresponds to what he says.
I remember getting the 303 before I knew Shroud existed. Great mid tier mouse. Light, effective, and accurate. I used it up until last year. Best mouse I ever owned.
The butt plug is actually a really nice idea to store the usb. Though putting it there at that particular location instead of the traditionaly under the mouse seems a little bit questionable through it may be harder to use a magnetic way to store the usb if so. As a guy whose stuff doesn't really break, all the wireless mice which have a compartment to store the usb eventually comes loose and falls off during use. This remedies that and I hope there future mice also have this feature.
Cool to see USB C on Logitech! However, I was hopeful it would be lighter than the G Pro X, as it is smaller :/ Still looking foward who will do the small, light and "hole-less" design first - Razer or Logitech Nonetheless, I loved my 303, and I'm glad to see it coming back. Definitely would be a buy if it was lighter
Agreed was gonna be a day purchase as the original dimensions were perfect for me this looks like it's more of a G303+ who knows if this sells well they might make a none shroud edition
Glorious quality is cheap. Also, this mouse is special. The grip and feel on this mouse is like no other. Either you hate it, or you'll be the best FPS player in your game🤷🏻♂️
@@luminozo1610 I can justify buying two glorious instead of one of these at that price point. Quality is not the issue when the price is that different. The feel of my mouse is great so not worried about that either. And if I read what you said last it tells me if I am not the best fps player that I will hate the mouse.
Thank god they made it wireless, going from wired to wireless is like going from a 60hz monitor to a 144hz, you can never go back. and now that the sensors are as good if not better than the wired mice its such a no brainer to go over to wireless.
FINALLY THEY DID IT! Edit: I really hope that the Shroud name doesn't make it too expensive... a G305 is very good for the price, I don't know if a G303 should cost too much over the G305.
I really liked the "love handles" of my G302, but the sensor was lacking and it had the rattling issue as many other G302-3. 130 is very expensive, tbh... I would have been happy with an updated G303 with the hero sensor and even with AA batteries...
I hope.this is more like.the g303 mouse and not shrouds.... I dont have his tiny ass hands. I loved the deadilous g303. Just ordered the wireless one. Hope I won't have to return it and I always palm grip the g303 deadilous hopefully i.can with this too
Had for like 5 years a G302 Deadelus Apex, now just got my G303 Shroud edition, little bit bigger and longer, but still fit to my small hands. If you like this diamond shape and you can get used to it, its your mouse.
U have the g703 wireless but it isn't usb-c and then there was a this which is usb-c but no RGB why do all Logitech products come with some stupid compromise I have the g915 tkl and for some stupid reason the second keys don't light up
5:34 I don't understand this part. Anyone? 145 hours battery life? RGB? Base on logitech website its battery max 70 hours (which is similar to G Pro Superlight)
Do you guys think I should buy this because my Logitech G pro wireless is end of its lifetime. Scroll is half broken etc. Should I buy this or new G pro? Share your opinions!
Shroud was proven to be a private cheat user, then all these companies & Logitech swept it under the rug and decided, yeah, this is who we want to promote. Now anyone who uses this mouse that's not even wired, has no rgb on the sides and is taller, will have to have their hand over a known private cheat user's name that's on top of the mouse. This is almost as bad as their G Hub software.
this mouse is BAD, shape really specific plus sensor back cantered? u mad if u listen to this review as an at best good mouse, if u want an aim good mouse, look somewhere else!!!
The omron switches that logitech uses are cursed bro... 50% of them shits will end up with double clicking issues within a year. I've had 3 different logitech mice that all ended up with the same issue with the LMB and RMB switches. Can't use any logitech mice anymore because they're just not reliable for the long term.
@@silentKeys20 if you’re paying $100 or more for a mouse… you shouldn’t have to do that. There are sub -$50 mice that don’t even have that problem. It’s a quality control issue on their part and unfortunately not everybody’s gonna take the time to disassemble their device and attempt to solder their own switches.
This guy is ripping off rocketjumpninjas gimmick. When his channel starting growing all of a sudden these RU-vidrs started reviewing mice in the way he does.
7:21 I can't tell if he is joking or being serious with that statement xD he explained it as if the mouse has physical recoil every time you shoot in game, the only thing that effects the drag down is sensitivity.
I think he might be alluding to the fact that since the weight is on the back, it feels more comfortable dragging down with the mouse (dont take my word for this idk what he meant either lol)
battery time with this mouse is insane ive had it for literally more than a week and it hasnt run out and im playing when i wake up until i fall asleep i havent chargedit up once not yet anyway also its just as good as a g pro and its also lighter

Ok so i buyed this mouse 1 month ago. Before i used Logitech G Pro, I played then in rts, tibia so high dpi like a 2k minimum precision and fast hand. G303S proved to be convenient to grip but slow and i haved feel limited movements. But.. i changed my profession end with rts, tibia and come back after 1,5 year to fps. Changed my dpi from high to 400 and start play aim lab but i still feeling this G303 have only precision but no have nothing else so i buyed Razer Viper Mini and my scores in aim lab was better in first day :/ so i waste again 129$ for comercial shit for kids. If u using claw grip/fingertip and if u have medium hands go check what mouse using Scream u need use the same or check other pro players and don't follow the commercial crap like me..
Does this use the same switches like other Logitech mice? I’m not buying another Logitech until the fix their switches. I’ve went through 5 g903s in less that 4 years.
Lol i still have the old g303 and i still dont have any problems with it, it all works perfect, the only thing is the handgrip have been sweated of lol, but come on i had it for for like 6 plus years haha. And i just ordered this new mouse. Ez
I think you're blowing the whole dongle drawer out of the water. It's not a light mouse. It wouldn't be a light mouse with or without it so what does it matter? And Shroud likes entering through the back door, alright? There I brought it back. Sexual innuendo baby, awwww yeah.
It's also 129,99 but in euro over here (which is something around 147$) This is just ridiculous. I hope this stops asap. These prices aren't funny anymore.
Realisticly speaking we would be looking at 80 hours... realisticly we would be looking at 1 dead 2 "missed" headshots with the hitreg in that battlefield 2042 :D
this kinda nice. for me symmetrical mice are the way to go. eventhough the hand isn't symmetrical, it helps so much with developing a consistent grip and also having a consistent feel when flicking it around side to side
