For sure. I use Flow Formulas mix. I use somewhere between 60-90g of carbs in each bottle for each hour of racing. Always try to use an insulated bottle as well to keep it as cold as possible.

Nope. It’s a free lap rule. Most Crits let you have up to a certain amount of free laps throughout the race due to mechanicals and crashes.
