The only challange you get an item room in is the spirit sword one that you go to mother with. You het the treasure room becaude in order to get the knife piece you need to go into the mirror wold and collect it from the treasure room
lol all good, a few of them might have item rooms but most of them won't and it'll be easy to figure out which ones do by completing the first floor on the challenges
