I agree with another writer, Multi family homes are needed this day and age. You can’t make ends meet without help, or helping family. I also really liked the home. Thank you Chance.
Are you ready to build the best chicken coop ever? Then you need this book! ru-vid.comUgkxLum--iPp9YKZ09j1BMdHaBMLkrGfIbcm It has tons of awesome barns and coops that you can choose from, without making you dizzy with too many options. The book is super easy to follow, with lots of pictures and videos to show you how it's done. But don't expect to learn everything about chickens here, this book is all about the structures. You'll have to look elsewhere for chicken care tips. Trust me, this book is a must-have for any chicken lover!
Exactly, my husband and I bought our singlewide in 2008, now our girls are grown, one has a fiancé and 2 yr old. They are all living with us because on one income they can’t afford to move out. My oldest daughter works long hours, my other daughters fiancé works away from home. But it’s still so dang crowded in our home. It’s nerve wrecking.
@@juliemanarin4127 I’m in Louisiana. We paid for our home in full in 2008. It has seen better days. Damaged from hurricanes. So I can’t see adding onto it when we honestly need something else. Hopefully can get lucky and get out of it soon.
Out of all the homes I've seen on your channel this is my absolute favorite. I love the double master bedrooms. I love the deep soaking tubs. I love the built in nooks for the TVs. And I really love that hidden pantry! Perfect home! 5 thumbs up.
Boy oh boy Chance! They did NOT miss a beat in this model. The layout, the finishes, all the beautiful natural light,4 fireplaces,2 masters. It just has it all. This is my favorite one of all. I'm ready to move in..lol.
@@amyc4406 I FEEL YOU SISTER ♥️ I DEFINITELY THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! EVERYBODY WILL HAVE TO LIVE TOGETHER AND PAY THEIR PART OF ALL THE BILLS ON EVERY MONTH!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! I KNOW YOU WOULD HAVE TO PUT A LOT DOWN IN ORDER FOR THE FAMILY TO BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN THEMSELVES!! YES I KINDA LIKE IT BUT THATS A LOT OF CLEANING ALL OF THE TIME ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN LIVING HERE!!!🙏♥️💯🥰
The house IS beautiful!! Love the hidden pantry. But why are they putting the tubs directly in front of a full set of windows for both master baths???🤦♀️
Who ever does the staging for these homes does a beautiful job, it really let's you see how much room you have with all your own furniture in it. GREAT JOB EVERYONE AND SPECIALLY YOU CHANCE.
I would have taken out the 3rd? bedroom and made the living room a little bigger. Other than that, it's a great layout. Perfect for when you have an elderly parent living with you!
I can definitely see myself living in this home. I love all the windows and the large showers. The older I get the more I appreciate built in seating in showers. 😁 Thanks for showing this.
I like/love 96% of this home! Fortunately they can be customized, which means in my case, absolutely scrapping out those useless electric fire places. (just not my thing!) Great video Chance, Thumbs UP!
Absolutely Beautiful!. I loved the two master bedrooms. The lay out is stunning. So much room to spread out and relax, for the whole family. Great video, Chance.
Shocking, two masters with fireplaces and living room with fireplaces, very shocking, I really love the fireplace with the brick around it, and the pantry as well.
Fabulous. I would change only a few things. No stone on walls. I’d have bookcases on both sides next to the TVs. I would make those dining room doors into windows and make a bench seat and make a table to fit the area. I need to seat 10-12 on holidays. I’d have to get rid of some windows in the 2 master bathrooms. Blinds don’t really give you total privacy when you have a light on at night. I’d need a water closet in each also. I’m sure it’s doable. My college age daughter would LOVE to have that 2nd master!!! Now if I could build this and have a basement … oh yeah! I need a craft room, workout room and storage. And I think I would have them change where the attic access is. I always hate that it’s in a closet or something. My parents’ have pull down steps in their hallway near the bedrooms upstairs. It’s perfect. You have room to bring down the tubs of decorations. Add a double detached garage with a breezeway and this house would be pretty awesome!
For me it's not the bedrooms that have too many windows. Just put up some drapes. It's the bathrooms I wouldn't want all those windows in, esp on the front of the house.
This one is getting real close to perfect. I'd have the coat closet facing the door rather than in the hall where it makes no sense. i'd make the closets wider because once clothes are in there on hangers, there won't be room to walk in there. I'd swap out the tubs for a different one too. Super close to being perfect though.
I came to comments to say the same way, plus the doorways don't all look at least 36" wide & I'd set up the back den as a formal dining room. You don't need more than one living room.
I am in love with this home!!! Wow! I love every single thing about it. The layout is spectacular. Love, love, love it! Thx Chance for sharing this one. If I could move in today, I would!!!
That was a very beautiful house, it had everything you could want in doubles!! Soaker tubs, showers with dual heads, nice baseboards and crown molding, and the kitchen was beautiful. I think we should have had two pantry dances though!!👍🤣🤣
The only way I would own one is if I had my own land! I love this one!! Love those bathrooms and fireplaces...can you imagine it having a finished 2nd floor???
This is really nice actually better than nice. Especially for a modular home. They have really come a long way. only modification I would make is placing brick all around it. Love it!
You have found a spectacular home in this model. I feel as though the two living rooms are a waste of space and would make one into a formal dining room especially if you entertain a lot with big dinner parties or big families. The walk-in pantry is great. The second master bedroom would allow for space as an in-laws suite. The kitchen is a nice size with ample cabinets and counter space. The only thing I could think of is a roof over the front porch and screened in porch off the back.
I love the room in the home. Two master suits is generous. The den is a good size too. It's a good multi-generational home. However, for the price, I would buy a stick built with a basement.
@@UnplugNUnwind NO WHERE IN AMERICA 🇺🇸!!! OUR COUNTRY IS IN SUCH AN UPROAR RIGHT NOW THAT PRICE TAG IS A BIT STEEP IF THERE IS ONLY 2 BREAD WINNERS!!🙏♥️💯🥰
@@yolondahignight1125 It's also at the end of the video. Prices increased tremendously during the pandemic. Three years ago that model would have been high $275 k max.
Beautiful home, and holy cow on the price! I'm never a fan of the "split" double sinks but who knows maybe I could learn to live with it ... I also don't care for all the "stone" work in the front main entry front room .... I'm not sure if that's something that can be changed somehow ??? Very beautiful overall .... Wondering if the front porch is included (maybe I should re-look at the blue print ....)
Love the home, and love the hidden pantry! Two main bedrooms are super great but I'd want one one of them slightly different in design One of the closets was a bit larger was nice.
Chance I just have to tell you this. You have the best home touring channel on RU-vid. You do yours just right. You leave the best part of the home for last so you can keep us in suspense. I really do like that. It's what sets yours apart from the rest of them on RU-vid and your little boy is the cutest little man. I love seeing his smiling face as well. Thank you so much and keep showing us these amazing tours and this home is simply fabulous. Plus I loved that pantry dance. 😊😊😊 I also need to say. This is 2 homes in one if you think about it. I would consider the Den as a second living room because there is 2 master bedrooms, 2 master bathrooms, 2 master closets. The den side would be my side of the house. Them my daughter and her husband could have the livingroom and her master bedroom and master bathroom. The only thing we would share is the kitchen, dining area and the utility room.
That is one nice home! Love the light in the two large bathrooms and the utility room was very nice. Just an overall great floorplan! Thanks for showing!
Chance as always another beautiful home. I love it!! I love the two master suites. I loved the pantry too. This Franklin home is my favorite hands down!! I just want you to know I love and appreciate the job that you do to show us these beautiful homes. I hope you, Kate, Cullen and your family all had a blessed vacation. God bless you and your family. Stay safe traveling. You and your family is in my prayers. 🙏✝️😇❤️🤗
Home manufacturers are starting to understand that not every family is the traditional, nuclear mom, dad, and 2.5 kids. For many gen Xers, millennials, and Gen Z, our only hope for home ownership is for friend groups to combine resources/finances and go in together into buying one home with ample space for everyone. This house definitely fits that bill.
Love the layout but, the master closets are too narrow; imagine it when all the clothes are hanging. Another thing that I've noticed is non of the homes seem to include an actual bidet. Why is that?
LOVED this home!!!🥰Already shared it with four people 😂 That pantry in the kitchen 😱Ohhhhh weeeeee that was so unexpected! Great sized masters AND finally a master bath that I can lay all the way down and relax! I am 5'9 my hubby is 6'5 that tub fits the bill 🙋♀✔ I am in CA looking to get out!!! so the price of this home is very doable for us. Homes in our area would be 500k and up😪 thank you for this one Chance❣I believe I will continue watching it a couple more times 😃Stay blessed!
Chance, my mom wants you to know that she loves this home. I watch and share in a family group chat and then we discuss it. Her name is Trina and we're in NJ! She also loves Cullen ❤
Is beautiful home but I would like to pick other color of floors like lighter color. Also i rather to have shells to place books or decorations instead bricks an each side by fire place. Also the counter I prefer light color
This is definitely a home for a couple of older folks to go in together to buy and have a nice place for themselves and room for visiting grandkids or whatever. Kind of a Golden Girls set up. I know my son is already worried because I have occasional falls and can't get up. If my hubby dies, he doesn't want me on my own. I don't need assisted living, I just need someone around to call to get me help. Lovely house.
Great layout; nice sized rooms and plenty of closet/storage space. This would be ideal for a multi-generational household, a roommate situation, or even a husband/wife who can't stand each other but can't afford to separate/divorce (😜LOL)! Or, more charitably, a couple who still enjoys each other's company but who each want their own space.
😲 I love this! Beautiful! 😍 Rooms are a great size considering it having a den and a 2nd Master. I love the counter tops, pantry, & soaking tub. I don't really need a 2nd Master, but never know if you have to take care of a loved one like a parent later in life...or could be just a great guest room/area. Franklin maybe be my favorite manufacture. 👍 Great job Chance!
Do modular homes have to adhere to ageing in place practices as well as accessibility for people with mobility or vision issues? Didn't see grab bars etc in the bathrooms. Could not see if the shower is properly barrier free at the entry point. Too bad that at least one of the sink vanities was not wheelchair accessible. Please show me how you will wash the floor behind the tub so that we can see you able to bend over to do that. Who pregnant or over 40 can still get out of a tub without holding onto something?
I love it just the way it is, i work from home and one of the bedrooms would be a office and the other a guest room i would consider living in this home with a another family member who is married. There are a lot of wonderful surprises in this home , one of my favorites is two living rooms thats a plus if you have two couples living in the home.
Hi Chance! We've been gone a while. We're BACK!!!! Different name on this account so ya wouldnt recognize me anyway. Not that ya would now with as many subs you have now. You've GROWN A LOT. Proud for ya! My wife came across this home and she loves it. it's a dream that maybe one day we can realize. Keep a growin', you're doing great!
@@chanceshomeworld honestly, Chance, you do it best. Youve come a long way since your early days of putting us on a roller coaster! LOL Love the homes you show and the amount of information you're able to provide PLUS the website to help folks find the same home in their areas. Top notch professional presentations.
This is definitely the direction I'm going towards........I DON'T want somebody's USED house in Georgia and the home prices are JUST absolutely ridiculous........ It's ONLY about money...... The banks don't care about anything BUT......... In Georgia though...... NOT everywhere. I'm from up North where they are still selling homes for REASONABLE PRICES.......☺️😊
