I grew up believing I wasn't that smart.
I grew up believing I wasn't that strong, having been bullied when I was a kid.
Though these experiences pale in comparison to hardships others have endured, they are what happened to me.
They are me. They are a part of me.
That, of course, is one way to look at it. It's one sliver of the story I've told myself for many years.
What's your story?
I believe we can explore the stories we tell ourselves, and work with them so that they don't have a negative or disempowering influence over us.
One of the ways we can do this through the power of small groups.
This is what my program It's Me Thriving is all about.
Over the course of 3 months, meeting twice per month, we'll meet and work together.
Passion: We'll share in each other's passion for self-improvement in an environment of mutual inspiration and motivation.
Support and Accountability: We'll support one another and hold each other accountable and celebrate our progress.
Safe Space for Growth: We'll create a safe space in which to share thoughts and feelings and take healthy chances without fear of judgment.
Deep Connections: Because of all of this you will foster genuine connections with other group members.
Collective Wisdom: Finally, each of us brings unique experiences and insights, enriching the learning and growth process for everyone involved.
