IT'S MORBIUS TIME?! Reacting to "Morbius" by Nostalgia Critic 

The Sinister Six is a team comprised of six of Spider-Man's deadliest foes who've teamed to better kill him. And, even since the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man films, Sony's been obsessed, and I mean obsessed, with making a movie based around them.

Okay so to explain Shazam in the intro skit. There is a mandela effect people swear existed of a genie film in the 90's called Shazam starring comedian Sinbad. While that never existed, what did exist is a 90's genie comedy called Kazam starring Shaquel O Neal.

"Mr. Rogers? Like Captain America?" Okay, I know you're being completely serious, but that one just sounds like a parody of yourself.

12:38 Indeed. Michael Morbius is also known as "The Living Vampire", and the movie does get his origin story pretty accurate. He started off as a Spider-Man villain, but he eventually became an anti-hero, directing his bloodlust toward the bad guys while trying desperately to find a cure for his condition.

So! To answer your questions at the very beginning of the video, in relevant order: 1. Rata, known here on RU-vid as Rank10YGO, had a random Tweet idly making fun of Morbius, despite not being even able to see the movie, where he joked that the best part of the movie was where Morbius said "it's morbin' time" and "morbed all over those guys". However, because nobody else watched the movie either, no one could fact-check that statement, so it just became a meme that that scene existed. Rata, for his part, has been equal parts quietly amused and softly ashamed of the meme. 2. Morbius was a fucking disaster in theaters. As mentioned above, it sold a hilariously low amount of tickets, to the point where a fucking meme became the most known thing about the movie. 3. The "it's morbin' time" meme became so popular that Sony Pictures was tricked into putting the film back in theaters, convinced that the movie was popular, and spent more of their money to hopefully recoup the losses of putting it in theaters the first time. Predictably, it did even worse the second time, flushing many more millions of dollars down the toilet.

"Is he like Marvel's Batman?" Morbius is absolutely nothing like Batman, but whatever helps you, fine.

In my opinion, this is definitely one of the worst movies Sony has ever put out. And somehow NC actually LIKED it.

I would recommend his North review. It's an older one, and it's a good example of him completely trashing a bad movie.

If Sony wants to make a Sinister Six movie, they need to make their characters VILLAINS!

Morbius is supposed to be one of Marvel’s Complex Antiheroes that’s a Science Based Mutante Bat Hybrid that’s similar and different from a Vampire and a Ally/Antagonist to Spider-Man and that’s the only reason Sony made this Movie, to obtain the Spider-Man Rights from Marvel, it’s ironic that this Film came in April Fools Day Bombing and Rereleased in Theaters and to Bomb even Harder than before, I’m aware it has a Small Cult Following and it’s better than Madame Web but the Movie is still Bad by both Jared Leto and Sony Themselves not learning that we Want Spider-Man, Not these Spinoffs, I’m Never watching it again , also Momo-Ch@lIange is a Meme that is extremely Controversial in the Web and Shazam is a Shaq Movie of a Genie in a Boombox that’s completely Weird and I recommend you watch the Nostalgia Critic Review of Shaq’s Shazam.

Honestly, the only good thing about this was the "it's morbin time" meme😅

No Morbin Time for the title?!? Was it too obvious or did you miss the memes?

Morbius is a plasma-sucking vampire that drains plasma out of bodies by using the suction cups on the palm of his hand. Well at least according to the 90s Spider-Man cartoon since that show is infamous due to it's censors. The network thinks the word blood alone be too much for kids despite that kids are smarter than they realized and children full well known that vampires are famously known for drinking blood. Is Morbius a vampire? Well kinda of. He's sort of a vampire due to experiments he did with bats. Also, don't worry about him unable of crossing water since he's isn't a natural vampire. There are actual vampires in the Marvel world and Morbius had a few run-in with the vampire hunter, Blade. Yes, Matt Smith's Doctor is very goofy and energetic but he can be serious depending on the story. Micheal Keaton's Adrian Toomes, aka The Vulture is the villain in one of Tom Holland's movies. What's sad is during these two minutes, his personality did a 180. Also, he randomly assumes Spider-Man is involved.

I'm going to admit something: I HATED the "it's Morbing time" meme, and I hate all the variations that have come from it. It was just that thing that annoyed the shit out of me back then and has only annoyed me more in the short time since.
