You will never be asked to pay for anything regarding giveaways.
What you Win:
1. One spot in a pack battle of a set to be announced on stream.
2. Other prizes to be determined by host Ben.

How to Enter:
1. Subscribe to PokeZonan on RU-vid
2. Type the specified keyword in the live chat box that is announced by host Ben.
Multiple entries will be disqualified, enter only once with the specified keyword.
3. As stated by host Ben; Modes of entering giveaway/contests are subject to change at any time.
4. Host Ben reserves the right to assign prizes and decide winners at his discretion.
5. Host Ben reserves the right to revoke prizes at any time for any reason.

- Open to all humans of Earth, Age 18+ (Or with Parent/ Legal Guardian permission, Or age of majority in your country.)
- All ages are welcome to watch, with applicable permission. This is a family friendly stream.

- The contest opens at the discretion of host Ben.
- The contest closes as soon as the live stream ends, or at the discretion of host Ben.
- Participants must have a valid Gmail account to chat on the live chat for contest entry.
- The winner will be chosen randomly by Streamlabs or Nightbot software and will be announced live on the livestream. In the event of a technical difficulty, a means of choosing a winner will be implemented, or the contest may be cancelled. If the winner has not followed the rules of the contest they will be disqualified. You will be given a reasonable amount of time to respond.
- The winner MUST be present in the live chat to claim prizes. Channel Moderators need not be present to win.
You MUST reach out to pokezonanyt@gmail.com within THREE days of winning a prize to confirm your win, and to provide address, you must provide your full legal name (First Name and Last Name) in order to receive your prize. Failure to do so will forfeit your win.
- If the winner does not respond within the time decided by host Ben, a new winner will be chosen. There will only be 1 redraw for winners, or at the discretion of host Ben . Unclaimed prizes will be used in a future giveaway or awarded as decided by host Ben.
- Any information collected will be used for the sole purpose of delivering the prize to the winner.
- You must include your legal name when claiming a prize.
- Only residential addresses or PO Boxes will be accepted.
- Discord, Gmail, or Instagram are the only acceptable forms of communication and the links are in the channel profile.
- PRIZES WILL BE SENT BY MAIL TO WINNER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE CONTEST END.
- The cards will be mailed in a letter envelope, with no tracking or insurance.
Other prizes will be mailed according to item specifications.
I am not responsible for lost, damaged or mishandled mail.
- We are solely responsible for the contest and delivering the prize to the winner.
- Void where prohibited by law, check rules in your country before entering.
