It's over in Thailand, but not for Jim Andrews. Sadly my beloved Chevrolet must go after 10 years of loyal service. This really has been an amazing car and so many memories in driving all around Thailand. But I feel its time for a change and I have my eye on a younger model!

Glad you feel better Jim. As the Chev company left the Thailand market in recent years you’d have found it increasingly harder & more expensive to get parts if it broke down. Enjoy the new car mate 😎👍👍😊

I bought a 2.0 Ford Focus S (2013) from Bkk for 300000 bht, lovely car to look at and drive, had a couple of “issues” 1 the abs module and 2 the water pump,. Both fixed the same day in Bkk by 2 different ford specialists,. 9000 bht for abs repairs and 3500 for water pump,. Fords wanted 45000 bht for abs module !,.message me if you need any contact information for any problems you may have in the future,. Cheers,.

Hi Buddy thanks for the message. Just had cam belt, water pump and a few other things done, just me really! It goes very well and very engaging in the drive, much better than the Chevy! Hopefully it will be a keeper for a while. Best wishes & thanks Jim

I remember one of the mazda being an identical copy of my 1990’s fiesta so you’re probably correct . Great little cars and reliable too

Nice video…when that Fiesta first came out back in the day it was the lemon no one wanted…..then technology intervened and design improved so now it’s a fine little car for a cheap price….

Looks great cannot go wrong with ford's reliable cars easy to get parts if anything goes wrong. But not sure how easy it is in Thailand but I'm sure you have looked into it 👍👍

Good price. Who wants to waste money on new cars? Fords are generally cheap and easy to fix. I am more of a Thai pickup man myself and my 2006 Mitsu Triron with low km's is still going strong. I live away from the sea and it amazing how little corrosion it has (like none) compared to rainy and damp GB!
