Dina you're so hard on yourself. I don't think you truly appreciate how difficult day to day tasks can be and that it's okay to feel overwhelmed. It does NOT mean you're incompetent or less of a functioning person. Look after yourself and go easy on yourself! Also there's a dua that you can recite every morning and evening to remove anxiety and hardships which helps me a lot, so insA it'll help you too! Yes! I’m so hard on myself too but it’s truly so hard especially when your kids are little. There also another dua is La illa ha illa anta subahnaka inni kunto minathalemeen
When you were talking about stumbling on your words, it really resonated with me. That started happening to me out of nowhere. My doctor checked my vitamin d levels and they were extremely low!! I live in a really sunny city in the US so I was shocked. I started taking d3 and the brain fog is starting to go away after a month.

The word fumbling could be a migraine, pay attention if you have pain, fatigue or if you later get a headache. Also I saw in your other vlog that your nose runs when you eat sometimes. That's most likely a food sensitivity. I have MCAS and it happens to me all the time 😂 suddenly a faucet comes on
Ramadan intention should be to worship Allah more than ever, ask forgiveness for your sins and think of the poor who dont have all the nehmah Allah has given us. You should work on getting closer to your deen and not just for this month only, for your whole life. You should avoid going back to the same life style before Ramadan started. You should feel like a new person, a better muslim by the end of it.

Always enjoy watching you guys but poor Sid has burned out so much, he needs a break.. he used to be so cheery in old vlogs and now hes always worn out.. They badly need a couple getaway.. and dear Dina is trying to accomplish so many goals together that shes finding hard to manage at once resulting in her anxiety and stress.
I reckon Dina just needs some sleep! Sid should takeover morning duties somedays to allow Dina to rest! After all she is the content maker...and seems to be running the household at the same time! Too much!!
@@sajparveen78 No actually if you have been an old followers of her , u would know unlike many men these days Sid really contributes in most of household work alongside Dina as in always with the kids , mainly cooks dinner and overall just being with her . Not that im saying Dina doesnt work, she is currently focused on her personal goals which is alright but it should not affect her family life . They are mentally exhausted and need break for themselves.

How come they get to have the ideal freindship groups, find their life partner,a happy marriage,kids, a career they excel at,a happy family home,wealth, holidays,people who care about them. Their life just goes so smoothly even after calamities they can't easily go back up. Why can't others have that what have some people done so bad they can't have that. What's so bad about them what's so unworthy about them. That they can't have these nice things.
