cops are idiots. flintlock pistols are 100% legal to carry and are not identified as firearms under michigan or federal law. how a cop with a glock on his hip and an AR in his patrol vehicle can say a single shot black powder firearm is at all a danger, to "the public", is insane. touting this as some giant arrest, the case is going to get thrown out
Chief is a Little scared of this ? Anything can be used as a Weapon . A small Black powder Ball single shot ! And a Hunters Butter Knife ! Sounds and looks funny . By the time he draws it a Glock ( or anything semi automatic or "wheel' gun ) can unload much faster and more lethal . Cops had no worry . People cannot even carry anything anymore to protect themselves . Him being Drunk and carrying yes , not good . But an Ancient Firearm that's hard to draw down on someone . Really ? Cops are way to Paranoid nowadays . I had a Friend who went to Jail for his Cane ! Judge dropped it and the Officer feels like a Fool calling a Cane a Dangerous Weapon( Everything can be ) . Hes had a bad hip for like 15 years and the cop said hes going to beat me ! With that dangerous Cane . Meanwhile 3 Officers were pointing their firearms at him screaming and bringing a Harmless Injured man down . Because of a Cane with a skull on it .
