📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/wheat flour
1 Egg
140g (0.6 cup) Milk
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
30g (2 tbsp) Unsalted butter
80g (5 tbsp) Butter
Black pepper
Scallion
Salt
Egg wash
Sesame seeds
* 175°C (350°F) bake for 25 minutes
