My husband saw your video and shared it with me...I surprised him by telling him I had everything but the cheese. Made it using Gouda as I am in the USA and not sure what cheese you used. It was a huge hit with my husband and teen boys...even my 13 yr old son who is extremely picky. Am making it again today and am making enough to take to my parents, as they are older and my father is in poor health and Mom is his caregiver.

That looks amazing. I’d make some suggestions. 1. Put garlic and parsley on potatoes 5 minutes out from being done. 2. After cut the loin once then cut the sides a little in center of mass. Gives more surface area for stuffing. You could also spiral cut and pound out the loin and wrap filling for better distribution and you could put more in it.
Great suggestion. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and some people need to learn the difference between a suggestion and a criticism. If you look at the loin when it is sliced the stuffing is only very shallow in the pork loin. 😊
*If you took the juice from the foil and put in a pan with a corn starch slurry...you'd have an amazing sauce/gravy for the top of your pork.* Edit: even the juice by itself dribbled over the top would add a lot of flavor....the corn starch slurry is just to thicken it up into a sauce/gravy.
Looks good! Will have to try it. One thing though, can’t say I’ve often eaten raw garlic. Not averse to trying it but I think would’ve tossed the potato wedges with the garlic before roasting. For those who have followed the recipe, how did this come out?

Nejdřív děláme panenku, potom děláme řízek, potom děláme filet. Nakonec smíchané papriku s česnekem na brambory a je to plochá petržel!!! Velmi špatný preklad-ostuda.
