Beginners don’t worry about nothing but strictly learning the mechanics of driving in the game and at least tempting to do campaign racing (Festival playlists included). The farther you get the more understanding it becomes.
These games are more fun when you're focusing on racing, and less on your balance. You acquire cars so easily in this game that credits are better for upgrades anyway.
Some Autoshow cars are expensive, but can be bought cheaper on the auction house. The only thing you end up needing credits for is the hard-to-find cars that you miss. Playing the game, specifically the Festival Playlist, means you'll be slowly improving your catalog of cars. The more you have, the more events you can enter, and the more you can sell duplicates for more credits.
What "Just play the game" means to me is, hop in a car and drift for 1-3hrs. In every horizon game previous all my money came from wheelspins. I have never exceeded 2m on FH5 and frankly, I don't believe I ever will considering how I choose to play the game. I've come to terms with it, however if I could trade 10 Skill points for $25k that's an easy 2.5m and I can free roam my 999 Skill points and repeat.
If you just drift youre never gonna get good at the game lol. Grind Rivals, grind through pr stunts and completing everything and by that time you will have a lot of stuff. Also a good way of gaining wheelspins is unlocking them on car mastery trees. The more exepensive the car = better car mastery rewards
@@TheCuntt Don't worry, I stopped playing. FH has died in my eyes. still waiting for 6, out of hopefulness that it will get better. lol Edit: punctuations
I don't want any of the horns or clothing honestly but if you don't have them they can still be awarded on a wheelspin. So the more clothing you purchase and horns you win will slightly increase the chance you receive a car from a wheelspin as those items don't appear on the wheelspin anymore.
Dude, I'm just gonna say thank you on behalf of those who can't. People expected a bigger game but want to minimize the work it takes to just play it. And even if you don't play EVERY SINGLE THING, they can still be better off. Again, thank you really. You didn't even have to spend time making a video that was basically not necessary just because of how vast RU-vid and Reddit is.
only reason i need big money is cause i took a year long break coincidentally when all the cool exclusive cars that are now 20 mil on the AH came out lol
I feel like credits and cars were easier to accumulate in this game than FH4. Without using any exploits or methods, I have 1 of every car in the game, around 340 million credits (which is useless as there's nothing left to buy), and I've gifted nearly 800 cars, most of which were high end, so I could easily have had way more money if I wanted to. If you just cruise/drift around aimlessly (which I do too sometimes) then yeah, you're not gonna earn anything, but if you actually complete stuff on the map, the accolades, the playlist etc., you'll soon have a bunch of cars and cash.
Couldn't be said better. Its a game, have fun and just play it. I worried about credits for a brief period after starting off and it started to kill my enjoyment in the game as I was having to do things that were not fun for me. I stopped worrying and just started doing things that were fun and I haven't worried about credits in game since. I'm no where near maxed out, but I can buy and upgrade whatever I want during the monthly seasons and don't even think about what things cost.
I used to get into this argument back when people were complaining about PG patching the skill/wheelspin shenanigans. I've never gone out of my way to earn credits in this came and I still have way more than I'm ever likely to need at this point. The more you play the game the less you really need credits for anything.
All that is required to get rich in Forza Horizon 5 is patience, and understanding that you're not going to get rich overnight. I am far from a wiz at this game, yet I'm inching closer and closer to maximum credits, and all it's taken for me is shrewd use of the auction house, rivals events, and letting wheelspins build up.
I remember grinding highway races for money, then it turned out that you can just buy auction house cars and get a good deal on every car available in the showroom by buying it at the auction house. Then i made a rally course that was long enough to pay for upgrades for any car.
Well said couldn’t agree more. I actually look forward to every Thursday when the new season drops to complete all of the challenges, and I have accumulated so much money and all the cars cars just by doing the weekly challenges.
For real, i started playing only this March, by now just trough playing the game normally i have accumulated over 30 million credits and about 350 cars. And i can buy most of the cars i am missing but i rather just wait to get them in wheelspins, its more fun that way. The only thing i am actually missing out on is the rare and super expensive (5 million +) cars
Hello Mr dubs this is a great video nice to see someone give tips without using glitch.I have 2000 hours am max rank I keep getting to max credits and what I do is buy cars from random players to help them out.Hope you have a great day and all the best to you and your family.
Yo, if you have the rallye expansion, you unlock some offroad cars. Some of them sell very well in the auction house (made over 20 mil ez). These are both of the "Jimco" cars, and two from "Alumicraft", The Trick Truck and the AC10 or something like that.
I started this game a couple of days before xmas. I spent like two hours "buying" the free cars, used my voucher for the '66 GT40, then decided to tackle Hot Wheels shortly after finding the F40 and C1. After driving every bit of hot wheels track and unlocking it to pro level, i came back to the main part of the game to find both barn finds are ready and there were so many super wheelspins and regular wheelspins available that i literally had millions afterward. I find myself spending a lot of time in the gordan murray t50 after getting it for free...
The thing is, you don't even need to be a legendary tuner/painter to sell cars for 20 mil, you just need to obtain the new cars (in this case the GMC Syclone/Typhoon), wait for about 1 or 2 weeks for the price to go up and then sell them at 20 mil.
from what I've noticed SOME cars you can sell for 20 mil if you're not a legendary whatever. But most cars you can't. I've had people show me this before.
Just use the money you get early on to make yourself a nice fun build and use that build and the cars that are given. Drift around, do some off roaring. Just enjoy the game, and before you know it you’ll have 1,000,000c in no time. And so on. Like dubs said, you don’t need a billion. I sit around 4 mill and barely use any and just watch it go up as I play
Im broke in game because 4am auction house spending sprees on collecting multiples of stupid cars i definitely dont need, and thats how i enjoy the game, beyond playing eliminator etc. I always have a few million credits, and I dont spin my wheelspins unless im bored or broke. I leave that stashed back and stay at least 3-4 mil all the time without those spins. Its cake. Play the game productively, doing events and things, not just driving around hooning, i think is what dubs is tryna say. I would have to look but I have hundreds and hundreds of cars, houses, etc.
All facts! So many YT'r post with glitches and the like. No need ya'll. Play the game and have fun. So many cars to explore. Get some good headphones and turn it up! The sounds of the engines are some of the most satisfying components of the game! Enjoy!
Been a year since I started, only missing the AMG GT and Mini Cooper FE with a spare 60 million. Auction House is a great way to get some cars for cheaper
This is so true, yesterday I went down to 1500 credits (big spending spree) and after around 1 hour of playing I was already at around 370,000 credits!
It’s actually annoying being at 999m credits. Sup Wheelspins etc are meaningless and now just accrue. My bigger frustration though is cannot add any new tunes as apparently at max, and no easy way I know to delete….
Is it possible to give us a few tips and tricks to making cash a lil faster than normal? Some of us work 9-5 and have like an hour or two every couple days and just wanna buy a car and drive it around. No I dont have loads of time to play but when I do id rather not just do races to earn cash and then have to put the game down again when im only 75% of the way to a car. Anything helps. Special races, cars to buy and resell, things like that. It would be very nice.
id say one way is to spend a bit of time getting a car from the festival playlist, as these cars usually sell for alot of money (20mil sometimes) once that season ends. that way you can use the cash from that car to buy multiple others.
Or you can just watch the video. There are no special races, no workarounds. I showed and explained in the video on how you can legitimately earn money the quickest. The more time you spend playing the more money you get, it's simple
Yeah I work 8 to 5 5 days a week, just play the game. Just takes a little time, go for the wheel spins it helps with the money. If you get extra cars from wheel spins sell them in the auction house again free money
Fairly old video but I agree with dubs, I also work full time and don't really have time to play alot. Level 200*3 now, 455m cash, have nearly all the cars etc
my wheelspin luck is crap. like i cant believe how many times the game has gave me 4k and no cars from super wheelspins. to the point that im about to start over just to see how bad my luck is. by the time i finished the story on FH4 i had over 20 mill and 300 cars. FH5 im at 2 million and under 200 cars, most of witch are junk.
Yeah just playing and getting those wheel spins every level up I saved them for a while and also the ones in the car tree, and it’s taken a while but I have all the cars in the game obviously except for new ones or upcoming. And action house sniping
I’m Lvl 150 and since day one I’ve ONLY been drifting around since that’s the only thing I enjoy haha. I drift, get a lot of points that turn in to xp which gives me wheelspins and there I get my money, I don’t need more. I have a couple of mil and I barely use it :-)
Imo easiest way to make money is the festival playlist. If you dont care about having rare cars just do the playlist and wait until the exclusives sell for 20 mil. It takes a while but its potentially 80 mil at the end of the month
i'd say this isn't the best take because if you are playing later on there may be some rare seasonal that you wanna get that you cant so you'll have to buy it from the auction house (the aventador SVJ is a popular one from what ive heard) and the best way to make that money is to flip cars. I spent a couple days just flipping some galant VR-4's and my money went from 17 mil to around 64 mil. you'll have to know what cars to flip, what to bid on them for (optimal bidding range, not too cheap to the point that someone will engage a bidding war but not to expensive to ensure that profits are high) how much money you lose on the fee (which is 15% for those who don't know) and if a car is rising or dropping, which isn't that difficult if you pay attention on the buyout prices. TLDR. Bid on car for low price, than set buyout price lower than competitors but higher than the price you bought it for (accounting 15% fee) for profit. easy money.
Just for clarification he says he only bought 2 cars not debating that but as u can see he owns the premium version of the game so over 60 of those cars he got because he bought the premium version of the game he maybe on this account won around 30 cars so if your working with the standard version or playing off game pass and are confused after just running story accolades playlist and barn finds and are a similar level as the account is using in this video this is why you don't have premium and this video doesn't not explain that. EDIT: if you don't own a DLC you cannot purchase a DLC car.
the way I made most of my money early on in the game was by selling the exclusive playlist cars a couple of weeks later for 20mil. This pretty much gauranteed that in about two months I had 50 mil to then expand and work with from there.
yea but then you don't have the car anymore....so just selling the car you just got is stupid. What's the point of haveing 50 mil with only cars you can buy or get from wheelspins? You'd want to keep the rare cars. Just snipe them and sell them later on like I said in the video keeping the one you earned.
@@DUBSmb I've ended up repurchasing all of the cars I sold early on. I only did this over five odd weeks, as a kickstarter. Most of the money I have now is from grinding Rivals and leaderboards anyway.
@@SomeMadAussieand of course the cars I sold I ended up buying all 3 of them for right at the price I sold 1 of them for ...gave like 11, 6 and maybe 5 or 6 mil for the other so maybe I paid a couple million more for all 3 than for what I sold just 1 for.....GOTTA HAVE MONEY TO MAKE MONEY OR SO THEY SAY😂😂😂😂
After one day of playing the game I got the Sesto FE in a regular wheelspin and next one right after got the Zonda R. Never had that sort of luck in any of the horizons to date. Set me up quite well early in the game I just sold the cars and bought the houses for the benefits long term. Sesto is crazy good though hopefully win another I’ll keep it this time.
Biggest problem most players run into earning credits in Forza is they waste money buying new cars multiple times a day and max upgrading them. I played FH5 for four months before I ever bought a car and I've only bought 100(+/-) from the autoshow in the 18 months that the games been out and 5 or 6 (mostly duplicates of cars I already had) from the aution house. The game is designed to be able to do nearly everything without ever really buying a car.
I play forza horizon 5 in xcloud, i started playing like 2 months or 1 month ago, and i got all 5 houses my favorite car (McLaren F1 GT) this game is just easy
I start the game 9 days ago now I have over 30mil cr and I just bought four car for 80 mil like gt3 22 and svj and sto and 765lt and this game is easy , oh and I did unlock all the houses so I don’t know how there is people without any money
If you got online auction sniping is how I made huge money find the cars that are selling for alot and selling fast try to buy as cheap as possible the. Turn around and resell
Nah fr, Ive been in the 7 & 9 digits so many times lol like tbh, 40-50M is all you really need just incase you miss out on a festival playlist since the cars go for so much after, in the auction house. Other than that you dont even have to buy that much shit since Oprah is a dev
I wanted money for the AMG GT Black so bad and it goes for 20 Mill CR on auction. i grinded out up to 12 Mill Cr and i decided to just enjoy the game. the money grind is overrated. just have fun.
auction house sniping is how you make money lol. when a new exclusive drops in a season. snipe them from the auction house buy it now price while it's low. Hold for 2 or 3 days, eventually buy out will reach 20 million, then just sell them all for 20m each.
Having a billion credits just bores the heck out of me, not to mention the other billion sitting in cars to collect on ah. Point is people should just play the game normally, and if so they can collect some new cars from the festival playlist and sell them on later. Since I've done quite literally everything the game has to offer, I just buy any hard-to-find car on ah that's cheap-ish, and then days to weeks later make a looking for group post and resell them for others who may want it at that specific moment. Having every car in the game already helps with that since I can sell or gift duplicates
People want the credits for a reason - if you want an expensive car that's 10 or 20m in the auction house, it's more acceptable to simply grind a method for 1h than playing the game for 20+ hours to finally get your car.
Exactly what I said in the video. Around the 10 mil mark is enough for anyone ton enjoy the game freely. Money will dip slightly when you upgrade and tune cars but the next week new events are out that make you your money back very easily and more.
I’m at 132 mill. Its funny how no matter what I do, unless I sell a car for 20 mill, the amount of money I have always hovers around the same mark by just playing the game and I regularly buy and fully upgrade cars. Forza is by far one of the easiest games to make money on Ive ever played. These people don’t understand the struggle of playing gran turismo to get 100k every 10 minutes doing one race over and over and over.
One weekend a year I’ll grind sniping and make like 150M in 2 days. Then I’ll just live off that 150M for the rest of the year; there’s genuinely not that much to spend on anyways lmao
"Wheelspins give you so many cars" cut to me who has done about 35 super wheelspins, and gotten a total of MAYBE 4 cars total from them... nothing but 2,000 credits, and shitty horns for me :)
@@DUBSmb yup. It’s actually wild to me. Gran Turismo 5 custom rear wings give you so many options with height, width, the winglets/endplates, the wing itself and even the spoiler stand. From a game from 2010. I find it hard to believe its not thousands of times easier to do it now in 2023
I mean I don't understand is it a money issue....I know they have the money maybe they just don't wanna spend it.....or maybe it's a licensing issue for the actual car manufacturers not wanting something like a wing on their vehicles even though it's just a game etc or a specific brand linked to their brand so I was thinking why don't Forza just design their own body kits and wings call them different generic names like tsukuba kit, or Panoma Kit, or WTF EVER and just do it in house and just right it up in the contract when they get licensing for the car that aside from any body modification the car manufacturers may have or a company they work with specifically like LB Works with Lambo and McLaren....Forza will be using our own in house designs as options for the players to put on the vehicle???? Just an Idea....I dunno.????
It's nice to know that most players suffer because a handful of saddos hog and mark up the most wanted cars to absurd amounts all so they can reach a state of pointlessness... That being, make so much money they can never actually spend or do anything with.
@@DUBSmb rare cars that one has missed from said playlist, ie i payed excessive amounts for subaru brat, vr4 bishi n few others. luckily all the cars are coming back in rotation for free now
You don’t actually need to be an legendary turner to sell cars for 20mill I’m level 2 on legendary turning and I can sell many cars for 20mill if I wanted to
Then they probably changed it to something else but before in previous games it always was legendary status. Maybe it's just level up once or something. My bad didn't know they changed it and made it easier
Dude I'm level 10 tuner and I CAN'T JUST SELL ANY CAR I WANT FOR 20MIL SO I DUNNO how you would be able to do so??? NOW THE "VEHICLE" doesn't always have to be "rare" to go for 20 Million the 2008 M3 is Common and everyone can still list it anywhere between 200k to 12 mil I believe????
It’s funny cause you really do just have to play💀started fresh on pc with a sim setup and I’m lvl 100 with over 25mil in winnings so far🤣and my difficulty meter is at %85
