Posting this now because I know Angela ‪@TheTravelingCrafter‬ received her birthday journal! Bear in mind this was filmed in February and the journal looked much different when it left me. That always happens with my journals. Angela loves Shirley Temple and I found some things from an estate sale. It was fun to put together for her- keep an eye out for Angela's video!!! Hugs everyone!

I can’t wait to show my unboxing. I was stunned. It’s so much more beautiful than the camera shows. I love it so so so much! Nana called me Angelina! And I was a ballerina🩰Your art amazes me. And now I have a place to add all the other goodies to it. Love ya❤

Hi Sandy, I’m catching up on your videos since you’ve been back if you can’t tell 😂 Fun flip through - I didn’t know you had an affinity for Scotland - I stayed there when I was a teenager for a summer visiting my sister whose husband was stationed at the Black Sea. Sadly though we looked we did not experience a Nelly sighting 😅the color on those snuff tickets are gorgeous amazing that they all retained their colors since they were so old- glad to hear Louise is behaving herself inside- Thank you for sharing 🤗

Want to know a secret? Do not tell my Mom. The Shirley Temple Doll was stored on a shelf in our closet and we were not suppose to touch. Someone, not saying who, would sneak her down and lovingly touch her hair. It just called to be brushed but that someone seemed to know that would for sure bring my Mom's wrath. Shirley Temple was her favorite. My mom had a tough life. Youngest of 5 girls with a baby brother they were all put in an orphanage for a little while . Except my uncle, he stayed home. In the 8th grade she was told she had to quit school and go to work. The rest of the girls were "The Pretty Girls" or "The smart girls". Their prospects for marrying someone rich were better than my Mom's (who was beautiful herself) so Mom had to go work. I think she wanted to be Shirley. That doll was everything to her. I am not really sure who ended up with her. Beautiful job, Sandy. So beautiful.

Your secret is safe with me Teresa! (Be glad- I am terrible at keeping them- specially when it involves happy mail and presents!) Such a sweet story you shared about your mom and family. Except for the marriage prospect part. Ouch! I was always the 'cute' one, not the 'pretty one' like my sisters. I'm so blessed to know you and that you share your life with me.
