Nos brasileiros temos um dos melhores cafés já produzidos do mundo. E seja instantâneo ou não, aínda é melhor que o dos EUA inteiro! E quem é você pra fala da culinária do vídeo? Quando só come pizza congelada hahahahah
No cream and gelatine for a Tiramisu. Just whisk eggyolk with sugar (i use homemade vanilla sugar) and a bit lemon zest. Mix with mascarpone and the whisked eggwhite and you are done with it. The biscuit dipped in coffee/espresso and Amaretto gives off the aroma and take liquid from the cream so it gets "solid". But you need the right ratio of biscuit and cream or you won't get the flavour and texture right
@@constancewalsh3646 sorry, i meant whipped cream. A traditional Tiramisu doesn't contain whipped cream or gelatine. Just Mascarpone, eggs, sugar, maybe lemon zest for the cream and that's it.
@@user-ud2oy6nh3c If the translator gave me the correct translation, here is my answer: It's like in the video, except for the whipped cream you use whisked eggwhite, so to reduce the amount of stuff you have to wash afterwards, whisk the eggwhites first with a pinch of salt and a bit of sugar until it's stiff. Then whisk the eggyolk with sugar and the lemon zest. Afterwards Mix the eggyolk with the mascarpone gently and then mix the eggwhite with the rest, also gently. The ratio of eggs and Mascarpone should be 4 large eggs (or 5 medium sized) to 500g Mascarpone
That's not the "traditional" recipe (I'm from the Italian region where it's originated) but this looks delicious and I would try it 😋 great job! It also looks cute
We live in a world of creativity, what is real ? An older recipe? Certainly but they also have layers of espresso soaked ladyfingers. This has just one little accent. So hold the gripe and enjoy the music.
Song: Stella Jang's "Winter Dream" Thank me later :> Edit: for those using browsers (chrome, brave etc.), the song can't be easily seen at the bottom. (just an image on the right) Although if you're using your phones, it's at the bottom. Let's just say I made this comment having browser users (like myself) in mind. Have a nice day~
tiramisu with half a ladyfinger for each portion and the coffee must be soaked in the coffee and not mixed first it will certainly be good but it is not tiramisu😂
@@lalitafaroli here ingredients from the full video description: 240g mascarpone cheese 200g heavy cream 40g sugar 25g water 3 yolks 8g Kahlua (optional) 10g gelatin 3g coffee 60g hot water 7g sugar Ladyfinger Cookies (if not, sponge cake) Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
@lukegtempleton4257 Disagree all you want, the fact is it's still tiramisu. You're just butthurt that someone dared to put their own spin on a RECIPE. You know, the totally uniform and not at all variable method of cooking that everyone must meet your worthless standards for or else you'll throw a tantrum.
Real tiramisu doesn't need gelatine, needs good espresso, not instant coffee, needs more biscotti to soak the coffee and bring out it's aroma and flavour, also uses the egg whites, not just yolks... So many mistakes in one recipe. These are just balls to me.
Wow! Amazing job. Jared is so nice even though he threw a bucket of acid on my hand! I liked feeding mother! The dogs were so cute even though they started climbing on the ceiling. The rooms are very beautiful and nice. 5 stars!!! (P.S half of the employees and animals are missing and anytime i pass the "hall" i hear them)

@@lizpugh6440 Good espresso makes all the difference. You can get away with instant for desserts that only have a hint of coffee, but in tiramisu if you use bad coffee it will show.
O incrível de vídeos assim é que, como não tem nenhuma linguagem padrão por não ter ninguém falando, o vídeo é recomendado para outras línguas, isso é incrível parabéns pelo conteúdo +1 inscrito
I used to make tiramasu from scratch as a pantry chef at a local restaurant in my late teens early 20s and this is nothing like the way we made it this doesnt seem like a custard at all. who knows i could be wrong it happens all the time
I love everything about this video. It feels like coming home on a cold winters evening only to spend the rest of the night with your significant other cuddling under a warm blanket and falling asleep together on the couch.

Oh my God, this looks delicious, and we are in the month of Ramadan. I have to wait until the evening. I hope you write the full recipe for us in the comments.
Me too, two times. I don’t have the equip to do this kind of cooking. So I just freeze a couple of Gansitos (MXCN), close my eyes & think I’m in North Italy. Tiramisu Oh, I forgot the part about the herb. Not talking about Albert & the Tijuas Brass.
gelatin is my no.1 pet peeve in no bake/cook versions of desserts. u can never convince me that any cream based no-bake dessert has a creamy mouthfeel/texture if it has gelatin/agar-agar mixed into it. it just doesn't pair well.
Tiramisu became popular worldwide rather recently but it was invented at the end of the 17th century for the De Medici family. It was called “Zuppa del Ducca” - Duke’s Soup
Yeah, it definitely looks good and I'd make it for sure. But tiramisu isn't a gelatin based dessert. So while I'd eat this version, it's not tiramisu, it's something else.
