Boy what would’ve done to have one of those in my younger days. We had to toss ours up in the loft. The straw wasn’t that bad , but that fescue or clover hay was whole nother ball game.
I remember hearing the stories from back in the day!! It's alot of work, but a great place to store straw!! Thank you sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲🙏🏻
@@Pennies_on_the_dollar My cousin has one to put small square bales up in the dairy barn. He mostly does round bales anymore but still puts up a few small square bales.
@Rdrake1413 I never dreamed it would be that handy, but yes sir it it a life saver for the lofts!! Rounds would be so much easier, but my market stays flooded wirh them. I hope you are doing well with your hay this season too!!
@@Pennies_on_the_dollar Hasn't been too good this year. Has a lot of rain May and June so was late getting a first cut and had baler issues so only got about 50 bales done. Be lucky if i get a second cut this year. Its already getting cool here and grass just ain't growing much.
