Dan, this place needs reporting to Bradford council who are responsible for licensing the place. It’s certainly not safe, the electrical issues alone are terrible, and the kitchen is a disgrace and breaks hygiene regulations

Those people who are living there could be because they are put there from the council because if your on the housing list, there is literally nowhere to rehouse people. Hotels and B&B's are only option. If you're homeless that is better than the streets.

Be very careful staying in places with bed bugs, they WILL get into your suitcase clothes etc and you will take them home and your home will be infested. I've seen this on a couple of occasions where fumigation was warranted. One had to be fumigated 3 times. Just be aware of blood on your body and sheets. Your a brave man

No way in the world .. Needs to be laws you can not operate as any hotel with not hygiene ,proper room changes, maintaining the walls and fixtures. Odors & grim .damp on the bed 😮get out of there.

I subscribe to your other channel and love this newest channel. It's been mind-blowing to get inside look at these dumps. I will tell you though, the filthy hotels here in the USA are actually worst! I know it costs $$$ to do this channel, but these videos are not only entertaining, but they are also very informative. I use what you find in THESE hotels to look at these issues when I stay in higher ranking hotels. Just because the hotels and B&B I stay in are rated much higher, it certainly doesn't mean they are ANY cleaner. So, THANKS!

The bathroom is essentially what Travelodge have in their newer rooms. I call them plastic coffins. They flood every time you use them because the shower curtains don't stay in the extremely small shower cubicle. If you're really unlucky, you won't even get a curved shower rail, so end up cuddling a mouldy shower curtain. This room is not much worse than some Travelodges. Honestly.

Omg the moment you mentioned that they have regular problems with bed bugs is a major hell to the no in my book, even if it offers to spilt the room price with me.😂 I absolutely refuse to share my bed with anything that has more than two legs, especially since it wasn't invited by me, plus I have a irrational fear of bugs.

You didn't look at the bedding, I bet the duvet and pillows would have been disgusting! There is no way I would have stayed there, not for any money. It made me cringe that you even ate in there. I'm loving this channel, Dan, can't wait for more but please, don't forget to strip the bedding.

Omg Dan 😳your very brave touching it (maybe get gloves Dan)…..apparently bed bugs leave like a biro pen mark they say lay your lower arm down flat on the bed mattress sheet put pressure into the arm as you move it across the bed! This was on tv the other night! When you then look at the sheet of bed bugs it looks like biro just marked in a line! A lot of "new build" hotels have pre built pods for the toilet and showers installed. The new hotels in Blackpool have them. There are videos on RU-vid of the construction in progress, and you see the pods being craned onto the floors in which they are going to be installed. A lot of construction is done this way, even on housing estates. If the measurements are out, they just bodge them over.

I lived in hear for 1 year as a student 10 years ago and it looks exactly the same. Your kitchen is immaculate compared to what mine was like. They must have issues getting students to stay as it never used to be b&b

🤢 Omg absolutely not, I'd rather set fire to the money than stay there 😱🔥💸 What an absolute disaster of a place, long wait just to get into the building, no working shower head, no sink plug, dirty loo, nails in wardrobe, manky kitchen, dodgy plug sockets, the prospect of taking bedbugs home with u as they hide in waiting on ur clothes & inside ur bag 🤢 christ the list could go on & on & on... I nearly choked when u said £37 😱😱 what the hell, it doesn't even look like they hire a cleaner & for that price, it's unreal 😲😳 Dan i don't know how u do it?? The only time I'd stay there if i had my sleeping bag & my own pillow & I'd sleep upside down in my sleeping bag so none of me cud touch those sheets. I like the comment on the bottom of the door that said if anyone felt down they should leave their room and seek someone out to talk to as there was always a listening ear for them. Such a kind and caring touch as I should imagine that there is much loneliness in Blackpool.

There are two hotels on that site TRIGG HALL 4.1 on booking on the right hand side & ACCOMMODATION BRADFORD 8.4 on booking. Accommodation Bradford is decent & won awards every year since opening. Please don’t get them mixed up and assume the whole building is this shit show that’s being being shown 🙏🏻

£37 a night works out at 1110 a month! Anyone saying atleast it's a roof over your head needs to think about that. It's double my monthly rent on a house. Yes you get heat and electric but on a single room that's not a huge amount a month and if the owners aren't maintaining them they get a huge amount of income a month for very little work. The council sometimes uses b&b's as "emergency" housing, more so in areas where there is a shortage of council houses and often charging the council more than a nightly guest

Would I stay there? No. The missing matched room furniture, missing blind slats, dirt and grime, stench, nails, broken electric socket, and problems getting in plus shared kitchen. No definitely not.

It is abit wrong to class it as a hotel/b&b when It's not. I stayed in a similar place for a few months (classed as hotel/communal kitchen etc) and i paid 120 per week. It was called a 'hotel' as bedding was changed, room cleaned daily etc but it wasn't really if that makes sense 😅. Places like this are an absolutely amazing for people who need it but the classification of hotel/b&b is very dubious 😂
