I turn to frozen organic strawberries during the off season and I use for my smoothies. Also remember, when it comes to vitamin c, smokers require 35% more daily value than non-smokers. I've been purchasing a cold pressed oj that is high pressure pasteurized (HPP). From all I've researched on HPP, with this cold water high pressure processing, all nutrients are maintained. Also, frozen acerola cherries (pureed in a packet) are available at Trader Joes along with the other frozen fruit and next to the acai packets.
We LOVE our organic 100% Grass Fed beef here!! 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏽♂️ We have been trying to get the word out that beef is not the enemy as long as you choose the right kind! TIP: Trader Joe’s has a good price on this healthy beef guys!

boomer I loved wegmans in Maryland. they have great quality meat, vegetables, fruits, dairy etc, the snacks are co.parable to other health food stores with majority of snacks not actually healthy
Bobby I believe you said that nonorganic broccoli & cauliflower are safe to consume & no need to get organic. What about the non organic petroleum based fertilizers that are given to the nonorganic broccoli & cauliflower & cabbage? I would think that consuming nonorganic vegetables is NOT a good/wise choice if you can avoid it. What say you?
Video idea: look into “blue zones” there are 5 of them in the world (ex village in Costa Rica) and it’s where people are living longer for some reason one of the main reasons is said to be because of the natural foods they eat. If we can mimic that we can prolong life!
that hot cauli cereal is full of good ingredients, but it has a lot of coconut in it, & was hard to get down. I tried 2 different flavors, but im going back to oatmeal.

One problem with the vitamin C supplements is that they are all just ascorbic acid, and that is only the shell of true vitamin C from fruit and veg. It is cheap and not at all cheerful, and certainly not bioavailable to our bodies. Sorry Bobby, maybe a bit of homework with regard to real and synthetic vitamins might be helpful. Dr Berg is very knowledgeable in that regard! Same for vitamin B12: cyanocobalamin is based on cyanide and is synthetic and not bioavailable to human bodies. You want methylcobalamin and adenosylcobolamin, those are natural forms of B12 and bioavailable. More expensive but actually useful, unlike the cheap synthetic vitamins! Apart from that, excellent video, like all your videos. I learn a lot from you, even though we don't have a lot of the products you talk about here in the UK, we do have similar stuff and regardless of where you live, it certainly always pays to read the labels!
yes, it would defo be better to have vitamin C pill with real sources, but I could not find that combined with the others....and i dont want people having to buy 3 separate ones...but i hear ya

Farm raised American salmon are raised in far off shore pens that are moved to avoid excess waste piles on the floor of water bodies they farm with. Big difference from asian farm fish in tiny polluted pins in polluted river sides..

I don't understand when vegetables/fruits are recommended in cups. Like, bell peppers...how many cups is one bell pepper? Is it one cup diced, sliced, in chunks? Even then, those sizes can vary depending on how big/small you cut them.

Bobby those are mild "chiles" not "peppers." In Spanish called "chile de capana." This is one of the biggest misnomers around. Chiles from the new world are not related to the pepper vine from the old world (India). Pepper is a completely different plant. And for example so-called "banana peppers" are not botanically related to a banana or to the pepper vine. Its just a made up word someone at a fast food joint started. Rest of video great. Kimchi and sauerkraut are good sources of Vitamin C. These fermented foods are prebiotic and probiotic. Best of all you can make them at home using organic napa cabbage or organic cabbage. Skip the sugar, fish sauce, and MSG when making home-made in kimchi. Add onions, scallion, garlic, and grated ginger when making kimchi. The flavor will be so good! If you must add a little sweetness to kimchi, you can probably use stevia or erythritol. I haven't tried using those natural sweeteners as I prefer kimchi spicy.

I made the same mistake some time ago and can along a product called GREEN pastures COD LIVER OIL if u don’t mind I would love to see a review on this brand and generally on cod liver oils
Thanks a bunch. I made baby girl birch benders keto pancakes. Used the ghee, organic munk fruit syrup and those vital farm organic eggs. I cooked her the whites. Changing alot these last couple years since watching you and now because of our food Allergy test you suggested. We both got it 2 days ago. We are getting the nut and seaweed test in a few weeks.
I wish I could make myself like salmon but I've tried many times and I just can't stand the taste of fish in general. Any kind Ive tried it just makes me feel like I'm going to vomit,literally. Even if I smell fish that someone is eating near me I feel nauseous. 🤢 It's sad because I want the health benefits.
@Jenna Haven't tried a supplement yet because I do everything I can to get everything from whole foods, though I do take a good multivitamin. I may look around and see what I can find though,thanks for the suggestions.
I used to be the same, but my tastes changed and I can eat salmon straight from the can now.You might want to try halibut. It’s expensive, but it is not fishy at all and it has a lot of the omega 3s. if you have the option why not try cooking it outside so you don’t stink up your house? Either with a George Foreman grill or a regular grill. Delicious.
Lol I am the same way! I always do a soy marinade and that tastes the best but still not something I particularly enjoy I’m also trying to eat smoked oysters but I’m nervous lol
@@MadisonFalcoFoods I'd really like a way I could handle it but what do you mean by soy marinade? Soy sauce? I tend to use Braggs liquid amino acids for a soy sauce substitute and like that a lot.

Not that you are old but my husband and I are 68 (ahem😩) would you recommend a good vitamin that would be good for us?! I might check out that cod liver oil as a supplement! Would zinc alone be good. I get so confused and can’t afford to buy all the individual vitamins, etc. Thanks in advance,👍❤️
