Absolutely check out "Pyramids of Mars" it's considered one of the greatest Dr. Who stories of all time and Sutekh the Destroyer classed as one of the top 10 most evil villains of all time. It was the very first Dr. Who story i ever watched on VHS as a kid and the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) was my first and favourite Doctor.

You could headcanon that he asks for her benefit, since he immediately interrupts before she can answer. But Rose also recognized him.
