The ex "Royal Editor" of the Sun gives us the benefit of his vast medical experience in assessing whether or not it was a concussion. Not to mention his vast experience of horses through the fact his daughters have ridden a horse..... FFS what disgusting, unprofessional and speculative journalism 🤬
We have to remember, Princess Anne isn't young and I can tell you from experience since I'm about her age that it takes longer to heal. Let's think positive and assume it's just a precautionary method.
My husband was a motion picture Wrangler , expert horseman . He was hurt a couple of times doing stunts with horses and driving wagons with horses that took off with the wagon on set . But he got the wagon in control , so no one was hurt .Kicked , stepped on . Their love of horses doesn’t change. . So it doesn’t matter how expert you are with horses 🐎. Accidents happen . She loves horses and this won’t stop her from continuing to love them . Princess Anne would want nothing to happen to the horse because of this , in my opinion . My husband continued to work with horses , continued doing stunts until his retirement and training them until his death . May Princess Anne recover completely. God Bless her .
No need to spread your germs family been cursed centuries ago all Megan wii do is keep living and let everyone one keep running their mouths while she runs her business
Please get well soon. Your a tough and strong woman. When faced at gun point a kidnapping, you said, ‘NOT BLOODY LIKELY’. Come on Anne. We’re rooting for for you. ❤❤❤
Wasn't our princess one of the meanist and racist member towards Meghan? KARMA baby, KARMA 😂🤣😂 One by one, bit by bit, piece by piece, nasty royal by nasty royal will be HIT! by KARMA till the royal family officially apologise to Meghan and stop the smearing in the british press. YOU DON'T MESS WITH BLACK BLOOD. The royal family has abused the black race enough already
Concussion is just a word - the degree of the injury and speed of recovery vary greatly from patient to patient - wish the Princess Royal a speedy recovery - Ironic that a horse caused such a serious injury to her - she has decades of experience with horses I also feel for the doctors trying to make her rest and recover - this lady never takes sick leave
Even the most experienced horse person can get injured out of the blue. Horses even quiet ones can do unexpected things that sometimes truly boggle your minds!
As a life long equestrian I can state with certainty that horses, no matter how well trained ... are flight (spooky) animals who can kick, bolt, bite at any time without warning. Princess Ann is a Victim of an equine accident through no fault of her own. Your guest assessment is totally misinformed-
actually, no one knows what happened. Princess Anne doesn't remember (common with a head injury and she was alone. I'm guessing that a horse bolted and knocked her down, but it also could have been someone coming up behind her and slugging her with a bat. And on that cheery note....all the best to you!
Yes, I agree. I am 76 and was around horses all my young life. One of my worst injuries was from a totally inexplicable kick I had while a normally calm horse I knew well was in the cross ties in the barn. You never know what a horse will do.
@LizbethGerow If you listen to the specifics of Princess Ann accident, you would have heard that there Were people around her when the accident happened; she was kicked! I find your "humor" in very bad taste- Sending healing thoughts to the Princess Royal-
No concussion is simple as a nurse I am saying to you get your facts right. Concussion can take a while to get over. Oh and well done you are back to your speculating best. I too had concussion and it took more than ten days to get over
@@annemiekeblondeel6617 A kick to the head would not be classed as a minor injury. I doubt she was kicked in the head. Horse hooves are lethal weapons, which is why anyone who works with horses knows not put themselves in harms way. i recently had a fall and whacked my head. I am 80 and it took a month of rest and recovery to be able to think straight. Not my first concussion but hope it is my last.
Having suffered from numerous concussions I actually post concussion syndrome which is actually quite a big deal, it affects my whole life, so my heart goes out to the Princess Royal and if she does her exercises she should make a speedy recovery!
I am interested in what she has to say ! I had concussion once ,and went to hospital but they didn’t say it could affect me over the course of the next week or so . My brother was concussed and for a week or so after , he was really weird , not his usual chirpy self.
What are they babbling on about . I had concussion, falling off a bicycle 🚴, at the age of 10 years old . Was in hospital for a week!!! So no reason for a panic attack on this subject?.
Princess Anne is very much the epitome of British women of her generation. She is very much a no fuss, no messing about type of woman. If there's a job to be done, she just gets on with it with any fanfare. I hope she gets better quickly. She is missed.
Since it's not known for sure what really happened, why is GB news stating PR Anne was kicked by a horse like that is a true fact when it isn't? So much for honest reporting...
I felt she didn't look herself last week at Royal Ascot. A bit pale with a 'faraway' look to her eyes like she wasn't totally present. I hope she recovers speedily whatever it was caused this concussion.
Good grief more speculation about Our Royal family. This lady has had something happen to her, leave her be and let her heal, if you weren't feeling too bright would you want a lot of idiots speculating about you, you would just want peace to recover! Get well soon Princess Anne, all the decent people are rooting for you, God Bless stay safe.
I am almost her age and if I found myself in hospital with a head injury and no recollection of what happened, I'd bloody well welcome everyone to demand investigation in to the cause.
The Princess Royal is nearly 74 and a head injury at any age has to be taken seriously. I'm relieved that every precaution is being taken with her health and wish her a full and speedy recovery.
You know who has the good God on their side. Cancer got two of them. The horse got this one. They’re lining up for their comeuppance. God does not sleep. 👍🏼
Tell us ,bright sparks have you ever been kicked by a horse? Fallen of a horse? the factor here is she’s almost 74 , it might come as a surprise to younger people but at that age we dont bounce anymore. 😡😡 we’re willing to get up and get back to normal, raring to go in many cases , unfortunately our aches and pains unfortunately likes to remind us we’re 74. The Princess Royal WONT like the media discussing how she is and will be furious at having to do has she’s told, like it or not. STOP building your statements about her condition YOU DONT KNOW ANYMORE THAN WE DO AND NEITHER DO YOUR SO CALLED EXPERTS.
Don't like this pair....they think knowing looks and innuendo will spread panic about Princess Ann's condition. Stop speculating, and much as you're hoping she will become a vegetable do leave her alone! The anti-monarchies MSM are becoming more transparent every day. The Princess is a remarkable, humane woman and deserves a bit more respect for her years of dedication and service.
Well said from one who also does not bounce back up anymore. And as someone who has always been around horses (I currently have 5), many people (so called experts 😂), do not realize the power these beautiful beasts possess, nor do they realize the magnitude of size.
@@rbryant1073 ……well said! Having ridden since an 8yo, & involved in the majority of disciplines’ of equitation, couldn’t agree more. Non-horse riders’ know NOTHING. They’ve NO idea how very powerful a horse is, that its’ head bones’ are thick, & legs’ can strike with much force. In either possible scenario, P Anne’s head would’ve got a walloping. So she needs constant monitoring for some time. She needs rest, to allow her brain to get back to ‘normal’…………
Concussion has different effects.. My son had concussion and took a fortnight to be able to do normal day to day things, let alone a work load that Princess Anne has.. Saying that it is more than concussion is just a headliner . Is this man a doctor!!!!!!!!
Because they are frightened people would sympathise with him. After all they spread lies and deceit to keep their chanbel going. People had such faith when you first started gbnews. You have sold yourselves down the river
They have to stick with their instructions. They think they're dealing with idiots, GB news is the TV version of the Daily Mail. I stopped watching pretty much as they're controlled opposition.
When I was about 9 I got a concussion falling off bike before helmets. I spent the night in the hospital and a week at home in bed. 70+ person needs to be monitored closely.
@@JoeDurobot Yes, dear - _really._ Head injuries are seen ASAP in the ER. Certain cases can take precedence, such as choking or profuse bleeding, etc, but head injuries are *not* taken lightly - at least, they aren't taken lightly in my country, where I worked in the ER as an RN for two decades. One may not _see_ bleeding from a head injury, but bleeding can definitely be happening inside the skull and that is (potentially) a *dire* emergency. The sooner caught, the sooner brain damage might be mitigated. A head injury waiting for 12 hours in the ER is gross malpractice. If someone has to sit for 12 hours in the ER, they likely are not experiencing an actual emergency - people show up in a busy with a common cold and get pissed because broken bones, head injuries, heart attacks, gunshot & knife wounds, asthma attacks, kids who have swallowed batteries, etc etc etc are seen before them. It's the main reason we opened "Urgent Care" clinics. People can see a Doc quickly (without an appointment) without clogging up Emergency Rooms.
Utter tosh ,you ghouls! The Princess Royal is a tough old cookie and will be discharged when she's good and ready. Concussion takes a while until it heals.
Zara and Mike Tindall as well as Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie and her children should be pulled back in! These are stirling Royals and would be an asset!
her head is pretty high for a horse to kick....they go for your guts. Unless she was bending over to pick up a horse's hoof and look at it and the horse was startled. We're never going to know because she can't remember. If you have a real head injury, your electrical circuits are scrambled for a few mins and short term memories never become long ones. You just remember walking through a field and then waking up in an ambulance / at the hospital. If someone with a severe head injury can tell you exactly what happened / how they got it...they're faking...or it's actually a pretty mild injury. ps they would keep her in the hospital if there were any chance at a slow bleed in the brain. That can lead to a stroke. Get well soon, Princess Anne!!
@@juliaforsyth8332 yeah, i'd go with that. Princess Anne is smart enough to NOT go into a field alone if one of the horses liked to attack ppl. All the best to you!
@@juliaforsyth8332 So a medic at the scene has the ability to state the cause of injury? At the next murder scene we'll just get the medic in there to close the case. Forensics be damned!
Exactly, very strange the royals are hit again with something to put them in hospital, are they getting their posh bunker ready for when ww111 starts 🤔
Perhaps the doctors are able to tell as much, and it somehow slipped out through Sir Timothy talking to friends, relatives, etc? Whatever the truth of the situation, I wish HRH The Princess Royal a swift and total recovery. I simply adore her!
The medical personnel and security would know the cause. It certainly would not be difficult to ascertain by the type of injury, location of impact and angle from which the force came. The fact that there is no official declaration of the cause of her injury casts doubts in people's minds. Stating it was a horses head or leg officially would relieve people from the concern of a third party in light of Kingston's death, Anne's husband's facial bruising from a 'gardening incident' and William's bruising about the back of his neck. I have never seen a time that the RF has been more beaten up than in the past 6 months.
What are the facts: Princess Anne suffered a head injury. Not sure whether the cause has been definitely established as she is has some memory loss. Princess Anne is in hospital (now Day 5). Everything else is speculation. Let's not do this - did we learn nothing from Catherine, Princess of Wales.
She was alone......she can't remember what happened...... who says she was "kicked" by a horse? All everyone knows is that a horse was involved! No one is saying that she was actually "kicked"!
Just how does 'everyone know a horse was involved'?The woman went out for a walk. No mention of a horse. It was assumed to have been a horse due to her numerous other horse injuries, and it was a story that the public would buy into.
Having a horse toss its head into the side of yours is one thing or being knocked over where you bang your head on the turf...being KICKED in the head is an altogether other kind of injury. I doubt they will tell us what actually happened since the RF plays real life close to the chest. I sure hope she heals and is herself once more. I admire her a great deal...the Queen who should have been.
A horse can move very fast and most unexpectedly - a painful fly bite can make the horse throw its head and, for those of us who have ever been in the way of such a move, It’s like a concrete block hitting you. Let’s make no assumptions. We don’t need a specific answer. Leave HRH alone to deal with this in private.
PLEASE DONT SPECULATE it has been said she is recovering well, God only knows the woman needs a well earned rest ~ NEXT you will hint maybe she has cancer JUST STOP WITH THE SPECULATION 😊😊😊😊
True horse owners understand that no matter how careful they are, there is always a chance of an animal spooking and causing an injury. Princess Anne was caught at an unaware moment and the horse spooked. Like many others, the best help we can offer is to send up prayers for her speedy and full recovery!
Not being rude but concussion basically means a blow to the head. Simple logic means the result of this is that your brain wobbles for a while which can cause more bruising to itself. My great uncle was a brain surgeon and dependant on how hard the blow, your brain can wobble for weeks and a kick from a horse is an awful lot of weight to psi. Recovery can take time
From a fellow horsewoman who has also been kicked in the head, it is never predictable and can happen to the most experienced horsemen. I wish Princess Anne a very speedy recovery and a well deserved rest from work. I hope she takes as much time as she needs as she deserves whatever time needed to recover. But we will miss the hardest working royal ❤
The hospital chucked me out after one night after I fell down seventeen stairs and cracked my head on a stone floor. Took me over two years to feel better but was left with vertigo. Get well soon PM. It will take time. Maybe Flakey Katie should stop taking dreadful photographs and get her finger out.
Vertigo is horrible. You have my sympathy. I had a bad riding accident. I don't live in the UK. I have medical aid so I get treated in private hospitals. I had to wait forever in the ER. The ER doctor sent me to hospital for the night. After admission, I never saw a nurse or doctor until the next morning when I was discharging myself and they were up in arms about that. Private isn't always better.
Seriously being a Competent Equistrian does Not Exempt You from an accident they are not animal mind readers, maybe a horsefly was there, who knows we just pray Princess Ann will make a complete recovery
So you’re speculating with actual proof…….. she’s in her 70’s couldn’t it be that they are keeping her in for a well deserved rest? I’ll wait for it to come from the Palace,
You have to realize having suffered a blow to the head causes physical disfigurements too. Faces and heads bleed heavily and bruise majorily. Anne may take weeks to be presentable for public appearances. So while the concussion is a concern there are most likely other injuries that are concerning as well. Just give Anne the time and space she needs to heal.. She is in great hands with excellent doctors. Trust them to provide her with the care she needs and don't second guess their judgement.
Saint Charbel, pray for Princess Anne. Please come to her and heal her lije you did so many others with brain cancers, strokes, head injuries etc etc etc
