7:13 is no glitch. Any NPC dies when you enter a car from the passenger door and hit the horn button. That’s simply a way to make CJ kill them when stealing a car. This also applies to mission characters.

I used to love coming up with different ways to do missions in these earlier games i think vice city missions were some of the ones you could get really creative with or it could just be that was my first ps2 game and played it to bits
Good video! Was the Jizzy mission originally different? I always wondered because it’s presented like it should be a stealth mission. You even get a silencer pistol from Cesar. I believe the game even says sneak up to Jizzy. I always thought maybe they changed it up before releasing the game. … You mentioned grenades being hard to come by early in the game, so just in case people don’t know there’s grenades in the motel behind the pizza place. Just go up the stairs on the right side of the parking lot.

Killing jizzy mission u dont have to ran his car to the ocean u need to shoot his car 5 time by a sniper then go inside and trigger cutscene then when he goes out u can shoot his car once with sniper and burn with fire then explode
Actually, I've never had problems with hitting the helicopters in the mission Interdiction. The problem was the fact these helicopters fall on you or on the friendly helicopter when exploding
