In terms of atmosphere, Vice City may be cooler. In terms of story and depth, GTA IV has no competitors. But as for attention to detail and in-game possibilities, San Andreas is mind-boggling even after 20 years of its release!

I definitely will look into Vice City, as it's a smaller game it is very hard to find things people dont know about it, however I know a few things so I just need a little more. I covered some of them on my last video (covering all GTA Games) but Vice City had some features at the end
