if you want another ocean horror game, try dredge!!! it's a cute little fishing game but with a horror aspect its one of my favorite games ever

Things Quin did in this game that he would probably do in an actual situation like this: -Try to curse everyone by walking under a ladder. -Get fired for treating the oil rig like a playground. -Be one of the only survivors by sheer dumb luck. -Wonder whether the giant Eldritch beast is laughing at him. -Instantly give in to morbid curiosity and vow to touch things beyond human comprehension. -Ignore OSHA safety regulations. -Run full-speed into any door he sees and leave a Quin-shaped hole. -Be more upset about the darts tournament being canceled than his own survival. -Willingly stare into the blue light. -Start to suspect himself as a culprit in whatever is happening. -Fumble deploying the lifeboat. -Jinx himself. -Stop for several seconds to stare at the Eldritch beast. -Have the escape helicopter crash. -Sneeze while trying to hide. -Forget how to count. -Somehow survive a direct attack from the monster. -Call disinfectant spray a "can of cheese." -Use the "can of cheese" as a weapon. -Prank call someone while the oil rig sinks. -Accuse a dead guy of "faking it." -Push every single button to see what happens. -Look at the blue light for a couple minutes and, as a result, growing a "weird arm" out of his back, obtain memories that are not his, and acquire a weird fish taste in his mouth. -Be excited to crawl through comically small holes. -Pretend to act scared to make the monster feel bad for him. -Get happy at the prospect of "[consuming] the blue light." -Be unable to tell whether the oil rig is "coming to life and mad about is mad about us being inside of it," or if it's sinking. -Get distracted by an image of banana bread. -Blame the cataclysmic event on beans. -Claim he can control things with his mind. -Be excited about finally touching the blue light. -Not realize there's a lean mechanic until the very end of the game.

Quin have you heard of the game Disco Elysium? You play as a alcohol-addicted detective that has to solve a murder even though they drank themselves to the point of amnesia the night before. It is probably my favourite game of all time and only 2,99 on steam right now. It is basically a massive choose your own adventure book with some great writing and humour
