Fair jury trial? Democrats have basically admitted that they only would have only gotten a conviction if it was held in New York, which is very Democrat leaning I might add. It's around 1:42 in the video. So just the appearance, like already showing bias rulings in favor of the person who nominated and helped appointing the judge to their position, should be reason for recusal. We will not know if she donated to trump unless her finances are made public which I am doubtful will happen.

Merchsn had to find Trump in contempt 10 times (of which it should have been 50 times at least). Trump should have been jailed for his disgusting and violent rhetoric (behavior) and obvious attempts to illegally influence the jury. As for Merchan’s $15 dollar contribution to Biden’s campaign some years ago, it is laughable if Scharf is holding Merchan to that tiny donation. Fifteen dollars, dude!
