I will never get enough of Federico’s way of saying “come on”…but this apartment needs more character at that price. It’s large though, and unusual to have a useable garage for a real car, but still a bit high.
This is 2X what I would expect to pay for that apartment in that state. It needs quite a bit of updating and as others have said - it has no character.
You are so funny. I am lost as to where the primary bedroom or the kitchen is in relationship to anything else. KInd of scattered. Was the garage a laundry room or did something get deleted?
@@AnnetteJosephstyle I will be maybe the first to say to you that the price here is Not too high at all as an asking price. It's a very nice, large apartment in Tuscany, with beautiful surroundings. Whether the apt. itself is to someone's liking and all, is as always up to the individual. But it isn't too expensive. Compared to what I would ask? Very good.
What I think I'd do with that apartment is to run away from it as fast as I can before my soul was totally destroyed. Otherwise, lovely if you're in the market for some deprivation chic. Or if you're a hoarder.
@@AnnetteJosephstyle It’s not the staging, it’s the building. Seeing that loom over the horizon every time I drove home would remind me of every regrettable decision I’d ever made in life. And imagine the clenched teeth in the smiles of any guest unfortunate enough to be invited to stay as the front door is opened to them. That place isn't the expected result of, "Come and stay at our place in Tuscany." I’d soon start to avoid any social contact in town for fear of the question, “So, where do you live in Fivizzano?” Leading to me having to make the walk of shame back to the suspected source of bean bags and onyx. It would be the end of all that was ever good. 04:20 sums it up. Otherwise, great entertainment. Keep them coming. :-)
Instead of buying something that expensive that is obviously not to your liking, since the suggestion amounts to "rip it all out", why not just find another place, lol.
