I understand that Matty is “acting” or “preforming” for the cameras in all of these videos and that he doesn’t act like this every second of every day or in normal interactions; however, his perceived outlook on life as in “not taking anything too seriously and just having fun,” is something that I aspire to be like on a daily basis. Life doesn’t always have to be so God DAmn serious all the time; MAtty continues to show this with every video that he posts. Thank you MAtty for all of the hard work you put in to producing great content that makes me smile, laugh, and grounds me after the stresses and anxieties of life dominate the brain-skis. You never flop. I hope you enjoy the work you do just as much as we enjoy watching it. Word up.

Finally,a good family-friendly channal I can watch with my grandma.

Been fermenting my giardiniera but might use this method when I need a quick batch. The same ingredients but I add some fresh bay leaves add whole peppercorns etc, to the ferment. Love the slight heat that follows on from the jalapenos on a bite. Me and the family have a favorite sandwich using the giardineria, Salami, ham, the giardiniera, provolone, swiss, and some mayo. Toast the bread, cheeses, and meat a little add giardiniera and mayo. Tasty.

I grew up by Chicago. I do my Italian beef in the crock pot. I add dry Italian dressing session in beef broth with peppercorns. Turns out phenomenal.
