Making the italian delicacy named capicola or capocollo is not so hard. You must be patient at least 3 months but the result is worth it.

That orange colored tool for putting the net on the meat is called a JET-NETTER, it costs about $40 or so delivered. It comes in small,midium and large, i own the large. Its handy, but not a must. Its good for roasts also. Its for butcher shop use or alot of meat.
