This special spread features an extensive buffet line of Cold Starters, Hot Specialities, Pinsas, desserts and interactive live stations.
It is a culinary theatrical experience as they showcase freshly made Mafaldine deftly twirled inside a Parmesan cheese wheel, or roasting chestnuts over ablaze firewood. The pasta is made ala Cacio E Pepe, or a 3-ingredient pasta (Mafaldine, cheese and pepper).
