Health support for gestational diabetes has changed so much since I had the same thing 33 years ago with my third child (not much improved when I had my 4th). No speciality clinic, put on medication, basically blamed for it. If ai had known then what I do now my stress levels would have been far less. So happy you are able to get the medical attention necessary to keep you and your little girl healthy.

Such happy baby news! She will be born healthy! That is the important thing - not how she gets here. If a C section is required, then it is required for your little girl, but also for you, Sara. Growing a child is a huge expenditure of energy and of your body's resources. A C section means a little longer recovery but over all it will be safer for you both. God bless your new year!

For your live stream: We just finished watching the last of ALL 400+ videos. It was a godsend in these days of pandemic and restrictions to be able to watch one of your videos each evening, and made it so much more bearable. You are both an inspiration, even to older people like us in our 60s and 70s, and we are now planning an extended trip through much of North America in our small van. You have stated that you don't make that much from RU-vid, and even combining other sources of income had a difficult time through many parts of your trip through to Ushuaia. Are finances better now? Will you be able to continue remodeling your home and also travel (as soon as your daughter is old enough)? Is there anything that we supporters can do to help?

Breaks my heart you can not have a Christmas treat. I used the same ingredients and made apple Oliebollen for New Years as is the Dutch tradition. Nice to share Christmas with Lucas family and it will be wonderful when your family comes to you Sara so you do not have to travel. Great news that the baby is healthy. Praying for a safe rest of your pregnancy and how ever you have to delivery your baby girl it will be the safest for both of you. Your special place in the forest is very magical, I miss the clean air and water of the mountains, you are blessed.

Our whole house was hit with COVID recently so we had to cancel all our Christmas plans with our friends and family. It was sad and disappointing but watching this made it a bit better. You have a lovely family and are going to be blessed with a new addition soon. Congratulations and here is to 2022.

What a peaceful, serene and absolutely beautiful area you are so fortunate to live in. When you prepared the really creative & yummy looking apple dessert & pizzas, I was so anxious for you - thinking you didn't realize those foods were exactly what you shouldn't be eating. Then you said you couldn't eat either of those yourself, & I felt so relieved! A lot of people think since fruit are natural, that equates with healthy, but they do contain sugar. A perfect example - the morning glass of orange juice I grew up with, & my mom would often squeeze fresh oranges, but now I'd find that way too sweet & would pour juice into 1/2 a glass of water to cut it. For you, drinking a glass of orange juice could harm you. That would be too much sugar for maintaining your blood sugar. It's difficult, but you're almost at the finish line, dear. Luca's dad & Mother both had such lovely foods spread out to nibble on. & Luca's mom's menu was especially designed with your dietary needs in mind. I didn't catch what she'd said the dessert was, but I'm sure she rose to the occasion. Luca - you have such a smart & elegant mother, & a warm, good natured dad! Both of you have beautiful families, & now there'll be one more beautiful little girl. Happy New Year to you all.

Love Italian tradition’s! I have lots of German ancestry (Baden-Baden) and celebrate gift giving on Christmas Eve. We also celebrate Christmas through January 6th, the Epiphany of Our Lord. Many blessings to you Sara and Luca and baby girl. 🎄❤️
